Honestly if I could rate this a 1 star i would but i was extremely hungry. You could pass out with the amount of salt they put on those fries! I ordered a large and what was given to me did not pass as a large . Also the chicken a few pieces I found were very undercooked and gooey inside so it tasted very weird. After I ate I felt very unwell. I would not come back here.

This store is so unprofessional. Everybody is on their phones or having sidebar conversations. Nobody greets you or follows up after noticing you’ve been waiting for too long. Logistically they are not equipped to function correctly as they are often apologizing for not having enough “wings dropped” in the fryer. & the cashier with the braids is literally scowling as you walk in the door. There are 100s of people on this community that need a job, please give them hers. I will not be back. Ever.

Wings where old, reheated and not hot at all, Temperature wise. Also missing veggie order.Delivery was faster than estimated,9 minutes he was in and out of restaurant quickly. I deliver PT for Uber so I know the ones I pu for on the other side of the state don't do that, everything alway hot and there very busy. Delivery was great food not so. Manager needs to address this since it's an ongoing problem from previous customer.

Staff just doesn't seem to care my food was cold and old the fries were hot but they were refried and they gave me these extra small chicken wings that are not even considered a wing it was slow it was not busy they had at least six staff members back there there was no reason for any issues with my simple order

The employee has dropped the box on the floor and the chicken wings fell on the floor. The employee has lifted the wings by bare hands and kept the wings back in the box. Fortunately it was not our order but it was given to some other customer. This is unacceptable and inhumane. Every employee has seen it and no one has stopped that employee. It happened on 09/05/2025 at around 9:30. After seeing that I threw my box. It’s absolutely shameful by the whole staff. The management should check the cctv footage and fire the whole staff.
Food was good, but Laniece who attended to us was very rude and unfriendly. I understand not liking your job, but at least be decent, respectful, and polite. Customer service makes a huge difference! The Wingstop on Federal Highway had a wonderful staff and made the experience amazing, while the staff here made me feel like I didn’t wanna eat here.

Ordered wings on the first of the month from Uber Eats. These wings were the best I’ve had from Wing Stop since I was a kid. I got 30 wings and different flavors. Had enough sauce to actually enjoy the flavor and not wonder what it taste like. They did not fall short of my bleu cheese which happens often from other locations on Uber Eats. I’m still thinking about these wings almost two weeks later lol. Whoever was working that night, thank you.

The food is over fried. The customer service the worst. Attitude and not a word of help when you ask about flavors or another subject. They don't even call your name when the order is ready they just look at you and make a.movement with the head. TERRIBLE. I would never visit this store ever again.

Did not get what I paid for I asked for certain fries and they gave me all regular fries did not get what I paid for and their customers are dramatic and do too much also there is way to many people in there for that small space I suggest going to another wing stop not this location. And they need a Drive thru for all them customers they have. And there was no ice for my juice never have ice I swear and the drinks are HOT. Just terrible service all around
