Don’t always judge a place by it’s reviews . I was hesitant because of them but I arrived 5 minutes later than arrival time because of what people said about time but my food was already prepared and politely greeted . My food was pretty good , greasy like usual at any Wingstop, well cooked . Satisfied with my meal

This is the closest wingstop to my job so I’ve given them several chances they literally have the rudest most miserable people working at this location. I ask for well done every time and they tell me there only allowed to cook for 5 extra minutes I’ve never been told this at any location. I’m honestly scared there going to spit in my food after leaving this review .

Service and food is terrible at this location. They don't acknowledge customers who are standing there to pick up Online order. Person at front wouldn't help and said be patient, after standing there for 10 minutes. The person who helped me said "what's your problem " not even sorry for the wait etc.

Food is good but sometimes there are employees constantly coming in and out of the store talking to people in the parking lot. Which makes food to sit before given out to people who place an order ahead of time.

We ordered delivery. Had asked for unsweetened tea but we got sweat tea. Had asked for Cajun seasoning on my fries but it was just regular seasoning. Didn't think it was that hard to read an order. On top of that the boneless wings barely had any meat on them. It was just breading. And the garlic parmesan wings literally had 0 parmesan on them. It was basically just garlic butter wings.

0 stars! Every time I come into this store they are slow, big manger guy sits on his phone with a snob look, always rude. They put no season on the fry’s when asked to put EXTRA! Take out orders take forever. And the damn fountain drink for months tastes so disgusting! Doesn’t matter what drink you get no syrup. That soda Machine needs to be cleaned because any soda you get ?, bet there is mold in it.

They don't even deserve a 1 star. Every single time I went there they had an issue. The manager needs to be fired the way I was disrespected by him after waiting for so long and got the wrong order and being told they cannot remake it because they are too busy.

Be prepared to wait 20 minutes on your food. It doesn’t matter if you’re the first in line to get your food prepared, or even if it’s ready and it’s just a matter of putting your order together and bagging it up, you’ll have to wait at least 20 min. They should rebrand it to “wait at least 20min wings”. I’ve been here a plenty of times and I feel bad for the delivery drivers that wait there for 30+ minutes. Just a disaster, you should take your business elsewhere.

WORST OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.. AND APPARENTLY BRITTNEY (IF THATS HER REAL NAME) WAS THE MANAGER THAT WANTED TO BE RUDE WHEN I SIMPLY CALLED AND ASK HER WHY MY UBER DRIVER WAS WAITING SO LONG FOR MY ORDER AND SHE REPLIED THAT HE IS WAITING FOR 2 OTHER UBER ORDERS. I ASKED HER HOW LONG FOR THE ORDERS AHEAD OF ME AND SHE STATED NOT SURE YOU NEED TO CONTACT UBER FOR THAT. SHE KNOWS DAMN WELL AS A MANAGER SHE COULD OF GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. SHE IS THE GOD DAMN RESTAURANT AFTERALL. NOT SURE WHY I WOULD CONTACT UBER FOR THAT. WHEN I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED UBER THEY SWITCH THE DRIVER. WHEN I CALLED THE RESTAURANT BACK THEY REPLIED THAT THEY GAVE MY ORDER TO THE PREVIOUS DRIVER AND IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT. IT WAS ALL THEIR FAULT. THIS COULD OF ALL BEEN PREVENTED IF SO CALLED BRITTANY WAS NOT RUDE WHEN I ASKED HER HOW LONG. SHE WAS NASTY.. DEFINITELY CALLING CORPORATE.....I LOST 2 HOURS AND MY FOOD FOR AN ORDER THAT WAS GIVEN OUT TO THE WRONG DRIVER.
