Walked in to pick up my order, I said I'm picking up my order for will Roberts. They told me to sign in, I did. Then they tried to correct me on signing in correctly, at that moment I was frustrated because I never do this to pick up my order. At that moment a women proceeded to tell me the girl is new and go on and on and on about a situation that didn't happen. I even apologized to the new employee while grabbing my food and drink cup, and the women proceeded to hound me about the fact that she's new. I tried to difuse the situation again as I'm just trying to get my drink and leave. Ill never come here again staff should never treat customers like this

The food was really great however our service that we received was even better. When ordering, there was a bit of a confusion however Mikayla was more than accommodating. She was attentive, caring and wanted to ensure that we received the items that we ordered and even more. When she felt that we had been inconvenienced, she went over and above. This food is over seasoned to the Max. I can’t even enjoy the freaking crap. Everything is so over season. Any freaking Wingstop I go to it’s always the same experience. I’m done never ordered for Wingstop again. I don’t understand the hype is so damn overseasoned You can’t even enjoy it. If you want high blood pressure go ahead.

I’ve ordered from uber eats probably 30 times from this location. Every order has always been correct, and the wings are always cooked perfectly. Can’t say the same from other wing stops. This is an incredible location. Thank you to all of you of you that work there!
Are our food inside the store and requested the music be turned down a little bit. They did and then turned it right back up again. The excuse was corporate wants it a this volume level. That is unacceptable when a customers makes a small request. Just to turn it down. Not off. Just down.

The food was good, service was fast. Keep in mind that blue cheese or ranch is an extra charge when purchasing, I would have thought that like any other Wing Stop or even wing place it would be included.
