Ordered chicken parm pizza. Was nothing special. Food was fresh, but the pizza was just ok. Wings were fantastic, which is why they got 3 stars instead of 2. Salad was small and average. Garlic knots were cold. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want an average all-around meal. Don’t trust the 5 stars…

Great food, but not so great service. We ordered for delivery, which was handled by DoorDash, and several things were incorrect about our order. We were given the wrong beverages, there was no bacon on IL Capo, and they forgot our Pepperoni Pizza Rollers. I called to report the issue, and the person who answered the phone didn't try to fix the issue, he just said I would be refunded the next day. Pretty poor customer service. Not even an apology.
The quality of the food was very good overall. The pizza and cookies we ordered were delicious. It's a shame our experience was tarnished by bad customer service.
UPDATE: I did not receive a refund for my incorrect and forgotten items.

The pizza was really good. Had a good crunch. Thought the cookies wasn’t any good because the way they looked but they were the best cookies!!! Most definitely recommend!!

Stopped in for lunch while in town for a cruise. Had the Nashville hot and il capo slices. They were both delicious! We will definitely stop back in when we are back in town.
