My family and I were in the shop for a total of five minutes and my grandmother who is hard of seeing, as she forgot her glasses, accidentally poured the swirl option. There was not much ice cream in the bowl once I told her that she had accidentally messed up. She went to the owner and asked if she could throw that one away and get a new bowl and the owner said she has to pay for the mistaken bowl which is absolutely absurd because there was not even a lot of ice cream in the bowl and also store owners have to be aware that mistakes are going to occur and that these things happen by accident. My whole family was apologetic about the ice cream and would have even paid for it had the owner been nice about it, but instead the owner was sort of rude about it because she was trying to make us understand things from her perspective, which is not the professional thing to do.

The yoghurt was really good and they had a huge variety of toppings however, it’s definitely quite expensive and they charge you per weight, which is a bit shitty!
One of the best places where you can taste real yogurt …the last time I tasted real yogurt like that was in Athens … and this is the best place you can find in Florida…. Very much recommended !
VERY expensive at almost $1 per oz, 😳 no samples allowed and poor customer service = won’t ever be back.

The shop is clean but the woman owner is so demeaning and reprimanding to her customers. I just went in for my third visit and I will not be returning. I live on las olas and it’s crazy to me how people think running a business like that is okay. I had the sweetest old man check me out though.
This is one of our favorite go to places it’s always clean and the people are friendly. They have a great selection. It’s a cool atmosphere nice to hang out. We go there quite often.

Can’t taste or sample any of the yogurt before you purchase it. The employees are rude and need customer service training.

No samples. Expensive ($18 something for three small cups). The Oreos bits are stale. The vanilla yogurt doesn’t even taste like vanilla.

Delicious ice cream, variety of flavors!
Scamming pricing !
Charged $20 for a single serving yogurt!
Prices are nowhere to be seen- they get you only when you place your container on the scale.
When I asked the rude old man who sits at the cashier why their prices are not shown and how he came up with the price - he answered “ I only say the price if someone asks me, this is a large portion and it oís the cheapest ice cream you will find on Las Olas“.
He does not give you the receipt and comes up with a price per libre as he feels fit (depends on the costumer in front of him).
Total Scam !
