Zuckerello's

It's been a few years since our last visit, we had relatives in from New Jersey. We were 4 for dinner last nite Saturday evening. Make a reservation!! The service was/is outstanding. The Chicken Zuckerello, Chicken Michelangelo and the Chicken Scarpiello were delicious, flavorful and the portions are plentiful. We took the leftover Chicken Michelangelo and Chicken Zuckerello home and had them for dinner tonite. The Chicken Milanese could have been better, a little bland and quite dry. Overall, though, a great dining experience.

The Gorgonzola salad is unique. They roast their pecans. The pear slices and dressing are wonderful. The garlic butter for the bread is tasty. Every bite is a delight! Mo the waiter was fantastic and nurturing. Nicole at the front looked exactly like my childhood friend.

Don’t order uber eats from here. They just can’t get it right.
Ordered 1 appetizer 2 entrees and 1 dessert.
Only the 2 entrees showed up. If I didn’t call them directly I would have lost the rest of my order.
My appetizer and dessert showed up on the front desk of my hotel and just sat there. For at least an hour. I finally get to the dessert 2.5 hours later and it is a dried piece of plain cheesecake. I ordered key lime.
I was recommended this restaurant but I will NEVER ORDER from here again. UBER is mostly at fault…but it does all start with”in the kitchen”
Warning to all…
Really disappointed…when I thot they forgot the whipped cream on the “key lime” to find out is was dried cheesecake…turned right off.
UBER in this city is the worst I have ever seen. Three times we ordered…and we were stupid enough to order it that many times.

The servers are always good here, but our latest experience was simply amazing. Melissa was attentive to our needs, the drinks came right away, the bread right out warm, she was great. Her personality made us feel like family.

Stevie, the manager, and his team are absolutely fabulous... We celebrated a special relative's birthday (80!) with the family - we each enjoyed a Happy Hour (early bird) dinner: various orders of salmon, beef Bolognese, chicken mairard, and lasagna. All were delicious and included soup or salad and a dessert (key lime pie).

Both Stevie and several servers sang happy birthday with our family (with a tambourine). Thank you Stevie and team for making the birthday dinner special!

Nov 2025-had to come back yet again. got recommendations on specials. Jeanette was amazing and full of energy. the manager from last time Steve was also welcoming us back from the moment he saw us. love this place.

May 2025-Came back again for the wonderful food so wanted to add to the original one. I forgot the servers name but he did wonderful. tried the gnocchi with chicken dinner and the veal dinner for my uncle and we both enjoyed! will return..

2023-Steve & Ravit were at the door giving us a warm welcome. Janez was our server, he was so attentive, making sure all drinks and waters did not get empty, amazing timing with food dessert and all. overall PHENOMENAL service. 10/10 would recommend. the food is to die for.

p.s. Steve was then kind enough to let the staff know it was my birthday and they came out and sang. the experience was absolutely amazing and I will be back

I ordered a takeout of the chicken Michelangelo. Very disappointing that the broccoli was full of sand. Are you too busy to wash the produce!!!!!!? The entire dish was ruined and not edible.

We invited friends who had never been to Zuckerello's, telling them how good the restaurant, food, and service is, and a great time to try it out with the 36% anniversary deal. We've eaten there several times over the past month and many times over the years including hosting and attending wedding, birthday and other celebrations, in addition to buying gift certificates. The other review from our friend who joined us, Scott, summarizes why this review also received a low score. It's important that, especially in the service industry, customers feel they are treated with respect, kindness, and assistance with a reasonable, not confrontational, solution. Tonight's experience altered our opinion of this restaurant that we've consistently enjoyed.

We were first-timers; now we're never-again timers. We went to celebrate with friends. My husband and I got there early to enjoy a cocktail at the bar. We enjoyed the Happy Hour prices. Next, we went to our table to enjoy a 36% off the ticket special. Great service from James, our new server on shift 4. Great food!! A wonderful time!! We got our check and asked for our 36% discount. No, you used the Happy Hour special, so no discount. We saved $5 instead of $30. RIP-OFF!! Never again!! Also, the rest of our table was denied the special (separate checks) because of our "mistake." They complained and got their discount. Also, Chirese (sp?) was totally argumentative with our friends. Sad!!
