I tried to order through the app or online and had no success getting what I wanted. I went in to the Fort Meade location and Deanna was very helpful. She worked with me and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Because of Deanna, I will be sure to visit this Hungry Howie's frequently when we are here from Indiana.
I actually really enjoy the Pizza, and the salads are always super stacked. Great value there. Unfortunately the customer service is pretty lack luster, the kids that work there are not necessarily rude but just lack common customer service experience it would seem. No thank you, or have a good day, etc. Based on the other reviews it looks like customer service is a large point of contention. Fort Meade has a population about 5,000 people and declining. Deanna was very helpful when I could not get my order to go through using online ordering. If it had not been from this wonderful lady, I would not have gone back. Because of her I will frequent this Hungry Howie's when I spend the winter in Fort Meade. Super lady; Super helpful.
