Went for breakfast at Grace's. Terrible service . We sat outside. Waitress (Gennea) never came out to give us menus i had to go in to get them. 20 min later no service still. Went back in and asked for someone to take our order. Finally we got served but she never came back out to check on us after we got our meals. No refills on coffee or anything. Waited for bill , also had to go back in to ask to pay the bill. A couple next to us had coffee and never came back to take the order from their menu either. They just pd for coffee and left. They weren't even busy only 3 tables inside so I don't know what the problem was. The restaurant itself is lovely. We had lunch the day before and everything was great! Today not so much .

Breakfast at Grace’s at Lani Kai in Ft Myers’s Beach was delicious! The service was excellent and the atmosphere was a charming beach vibe. It was great to see this iconic hotel back up and running after Hurricane Ian, Helene and Milton.

Was there in October 2021, trying to have breakfast and exclusively because of the great reviews that I could find everywhere. Let me tell you my friends that nothing better than own experience to discover the truth... First, nobody was there (no public, no service) even if it was open. Only two customers waiting to check out at the reception of the hotel, that is also located at the first floor. Three tables and the bar, totally deserted. And even in the case that someone was there to serve me, the ambience is not attractive and there is nothing but packaged food and, yes, Starbuck coffee. One star is more than enough! Very dissapointing!
Oscar was kind and friendly and helpful. He even remembered us when we were jsut hanging out at the resort
