Went for breakfast at Grace's. Terrible service . We sat outside. Waitress (Gennea) never came out to give us menus i had to go in to get them. 20 min later no service still. Went back in and asked for someone to take our order. Finally we got served but she never came back out to check on us after we got our meals. No refills on coffee or anything. Waited for bill , also had to go back in to ask to pay the bill. A couple next to us had coffee and never came back to take...
Breakfast at Grace’s at Lani Kai in Ft Myers’s Beach was delicious! The service was excellent and the atmosphere was a charming beach vibe. It was great to see this iconic hotel back up and running after Hurricane Ian, Helene and Milton.
What a delightful experience Cesar provided with his amazing customer service. He is a very polite, welcoming & respectful human.Thank you for making my family delicious drinks with love! ♡ many blessings.
