Jacks at Pink Shell Resort is great! If you stay at the resort breakfast is included each day! They have so many options to choose from like Omelets with all the toppings, to fruit and pastries, waffles with different options, and then they change up their other options daily but they rotate pancakes, French Toast, bacon, sausage, breakfast tacos and differen lt types of breakfast potatoes. You will not leave hungry!
They have some seating outside overlooking the pools and ocean which make for a great start to your day! Every year I look forward to seeing Mayra, Yesenia and Rod at the breakfast buffet. They always great you with a smile and a good morning and remember I like crispy bacon when I walk up lol.

Never been to the Pink Shell until this morning. We live on the island, and I had never gone before. Well, I'm 1 and done. The food was unremarkable. The server a nice person, but the layout for the breakfast buffet is not a smooth routing. There are many better breakfast options on the beach and just off island. Unless you are staying in the hotel, DON'T GO!

Its WAY too loud over here. Cant eat my food in peace. Also the food wasnt that tasty and a bit undercooked. The speed of the food was relatively slow. This restaurant seems to be more drinks than food. Its also not that friendly to people who want peace at night or during the morning.

The food is ok, most of the food is uncooked, bacon, eggs, sausage and omtomels. The food is not the best and honestly I would not get the food here again. My husband and I went there for our honeymoon, we just got married. We were looking to have a great time during our stay, but the food was not good and we were focused to get food elsewhere, which was a challenge to say the least. For a 4 star hotel, you would think they offered better food options and the food quality were be much better. My husband and I will not be coming back to this hotel/restaurant again. 2/5 stars for the food. I would NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant. Poor quality of food/taste.

Stayed at the Pink Shell Hotel and resort. Included was a free breakfast for everyone. Our server Jonathan was such a great guy. He took care of our drink needs and helped us as it was our first time there. The breakfast includes eggs either scrambled or they also have a omelette station. Bacon, sausage, hash browns, waffles, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, fruit, bread, bagels. It was alot and as a buffet you could eat til you burst. Well worth it. Tip: Bring some money for tips if you want to. With the level of service they provide id recommend it. Extra tip: there's a coffee and tea bar setup before the restaurant, I believe you can get any time there even if the restaurant is closed. This restaurant is located on the first floor(take elevator up 1 floor. As ground floor is the first level)which is in the middle Hotel. There's 3 of them on the Pink Shell property. Hope this helps

Much to our dismay a reservation for an advertised buffet with carving stations /extensive salad bar /appetizers/sides/ desserts became an omelette bar with breakfast sides -which though good , was not what we expected ! apparently the advertised Xmas Buffet was from two years ago and we barely made the cut for the breakfast buffet ! our reservation was for 11 AM and the breakfast Buffet stopped serving at 11 AM. We were seated since we showed our confirmed reservation! Staff was confused n it took a bit to sort it all out. Never have had trouble with open table reservation before but this was a mess!!!
We arrived to discover that Jack's doesn't accept reservations. I suggest you drop this restaurant from OpenTable
OpenTable needs to look into their contract with this restaurant. I arrived, with the members of my party, early for our 10 am brunch reservation. I was informed, rudely by a restaurant hostess, that Jack's doesn't "do reservations for breakfast." I pointed to my name on her list and she said "it doesn't matter." Because it was Christmas Day, we couldn't go anywhere else, so we waited for over an hour for our table. Streams of hotel guests were seated ahead of us (Jack's is in the Pink Shell resort in Ft Myers Beach). The hostess continued to be quite rude and the manager dismissive. We finally were seated, we discover it's a buffet breakfast with a waitress only serving drinks to order. Utterly disappointing.

My daughter and her fiance and I had a very nice time and the food was excellent! Jack's is a great place to visit.
Very overpriced for what we offered at the Buffett. They added twenty percent for a tip and we were never offered a second glass of iced tea or water and no one came to take used plates off the table to make room for second servings. We brought our dirty water Kate's over and set them on the bar. It wasn't just our server. It was an issue with a couple of other tables as well
It was overpriced compared the quality of the food. The turkey was under cooked and the pasta sauces were too oily and not fresh. There weren't many options and the taxes and tips were very high. Additionally, we got very sick afterwards but i could see why! The place wasn't clean enough . I wouldn't go back.
Great Christmas buffet!!! Ham, turkey, beef, chicken, salmon and shrimp! Great view over the ocean
The thanksgiving dinner was terrible. The potatoes were over mashed and had a dough consistency. The desserts were meh, I thought there would be actual pie slices. For the price I was expecting more than just some balloons for decor. I think they could have done better.
