We are locals so we frequent JWB at least monthly. Service is normally excellent and the food is always great. Tonight however, the service was well below par. Our server (I know her name but don’t want to put her on blast) came to the table a total of 4 times. Once to greet, once to fill water, once to ask if we wanted boxes and once to hand us the check.
We came at 545 and ordered immediately. We weren’t served until 645. During this time, our waitress didn’t stop by once. I expect a little more from a place that charges $150 for 2 adults and 2 kids meals. We will be back, hopefully tonight was a fluke. Do better please.

Absolutely fantastic first time experience at the JWB Grill! The Prime Rib was exceptional as well as all the other food. Fabulous service and staff. And let me also rave about the beautiful beach view! We will definitely be coming back!!

We so wanted to enjoy this restaurant. The provolone cheese appetizer was a lump of greasy cheese with burnt toast points. The short rib pasta was underwhelming. The chicken au jus was good once they brought out with correct vegetable. Espresso martinis were good as well once they delivered to right table (took 20 minutes to get my drink). Service was underwhelming.

JWB Grill is a nice, elegant, modern atmosphere that’s located at Margaritaville Resort. The food was not exceptional for the price, the atmosphere is great & the service is excellent.

Decided to have a dinner after sunset. For sure for sunset time, this is a beautiful place.
Fancy enough if you want to be fancy but if you feel like casual, you are very come to come.
Service was very friendly, attentive and fast.
I’ll definitely come back

We went to the JWB Restaurant for dinner and had a great experience. The food was delicious, and our waiter, Tony was very attentive and took care of our needs. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for your dining.

Food and drinks: The food was delicious and cooked to perfection.

We were only here for an afternoon so I can’t comment on the rooms. The public spaces are quite nice. The location is fabulous. That is the best thing about it. The hostess was very welcoming as mentioned in other reviews. Once our server realized we were not going to run up a large liquor bill, she was rather indifferent. The food took quite a while even though the restaurant was almost empty. I wasn’t that hungry so I ordered Brussels sprouts and a grilled chicken breast. My husband ordered a burger. The other couple ordered octopus and a burger. My items came separately and were not delivered together. The chicken was in a shallow bowl so cutting it meant rocking the bowl and almost knocking it over. They should have plated the 2 things together on a flat plate. The chicken was tough but seasoned well. The sprouts were drenched in too much glaze. My husband’s burger was lukewarm but tasted ok. The octopus has some weird green topping which we didn’t like. The place is so expensive and we don’t feel it is worth it. They will probably get their business from people there on business who don’t care about prices and people on vacation who are splurging. Earlier in the day we snacked at the bar near the shop and had really good grouper bites, reasonable margaritas. Our server was terrific too. The margarita in JWB was $17…then add tax and tip. If you want to eat at Margaritaville, eat at the casual bar or LaTeDa near the incredible pool. Great people watching, scenery and better food in our opinion.

We made a reservation JWB Grill at sunset & looked forward to this romantic dinner. This was our 1 and only high end restaurant planned for the entire trip. Food was great but they sat us beside a couple with 2 small screaming kids. Totally ruined the experience for us. Will not be returning to the restaurant again

We came with a party of 8 at 4:30 pm. We were told that 5pm was not available. When we got there no one else was there. When we left at 6pm only about 6 tables were full. The food was amazing but they sat us at the kitchen instead of enjoying the beautiful view. We spent about $700 and had a terrible view. Why would you do that when you had plenty of tables open. Someone needs to better train the staff. Not sure we will return as we felt slighted. The food was great but this was basic to make customers happy.

This is an island gem with easy parking in the resort's valet parking. Parking is free when you show your dinner receipt..... but be sure to tip them the cost of what the parking would have cost! Each time we dine there, the food is delicious and prepared to perfection. Windows on all 3 sides looking over the beach and their beautiful pool area. We have a home within a mile of the resort, so we call this a neighborhood gem.

We were very pleased with our dining experience. The octopus appetizer was sublime as was the fried calamari. I had the grouper special which was a little spicy for me, but that was my fault since our wonderful server, Devon, had described the sauce including chili oil and I ordered it anyway. It was very good and I ate every bite. Peter got the pork chop which he said was very tasty, but a tad dry. We enjoyed the ambience and excellent service. We will definitely return and recommend to our friends.
