On our trip to Fort Myers with Family my husband and I ate here twice, once just the two of us and then with our entire family group. Both were great stops with outside seating, great views of the bay to watch the pelicans, boats and wildlife. If you like coconut shrimp they have the best coconut shrimp I’ve ever had (I had them twice). Service was good on both occasions. If you want tap beer you’ll need to sit on the upper bar section.

Since the hurricane seems a little more rebuilding to fully open. Food still good drinks a little priceyParking: Very small lot if full looks like all other options require payment.

Great food, HORRIBLE service. We got there just before 8, they close at 9. Wanted a table for 12 and there were spots available. Would only let us get a 6 top, since others were minutes away. I think it was the manager assisting us and she was quite rude. Made it clear we were an inconvenience. Waitress seemed annoyed as well. Ordered our drinks and food quickly, we were starving. Got our drinks but waited at least 40 minutes even for our salad. Decided to order a 2nd glass of wine to drink with my dinner when it arrived. The waitress (who hadn’t been back around to check on us, coldly says “we’re closed” Well maybe if she’d checked on us 20 minutes ago they might have green open lol. Got my food to go as I was exhausted with the attitudes and as she dropped the bill she said “I’m glad we were able to take care of you even when you came at the last minute”. Took all I had to not say we came an hour before you closed and would have been out in an hour if your service didn’t stink! Do yourself a favor, do takeout. Food great, service was embarrassing.

Every time I come back the menu gets closer and closer to pre Ian. The outdoor seating and food is amazing. Other reviews do not give this place justice as they don’t seem to read warning when riding food that can take some time… either way an amazing must for your trip to FMB. Can’t wait to come back next time!

This is a smoking place. If you’re not smoking and hate the smoke around, please don’t stop there. The food was okay. We ordered 1lb of gulf shrimps, a beer, and key lime colada cocktail.

We arrived by boat only to be approached by "Jeff" the attendant after we had already pulled to the doc , he was very rude and made us feel very unwelcome by telling us that in a "month " these docks would not be available to boaters which seemed very odd as we were coming for lunch now not next month, but he continued to speak to us in a way that made us feel very uncomfortable we where a group of 10 senior adults not college spring breakers. We were not treated with the respect we should have been given, Jeff neeeds to learn some techniques on better costumer service , there was absolutely no other boats at thier newly built docks this man clearly can chase away your customers as we almost left ! Thankfully the service we received inside was much better and everyone in our party enjoyed their lunch

So, the spot to be is called "the upper deck". This is a very pleasant bar and restaurant overlooking the bay. The hostess is one of the hardest working people I've ever seen at a restaurant. The chips and salsa and guacamole are always spot on. My guest had a fish sandwich And loved it also. Bartender and Wait staff are very attentive. Prices are slightly north of reasonable, but no complaints here. Been here twice in one week and will definitely be back.
