Mr. Tequila - Fort Myers Beach

We arrived for a late lunch on a weekday and parking was good. The staff was very attentive as we were seated and ordered. Very colorful and up beat restaurant. I ordered Carne Asda which was a nice portion and came with flour tortillas, small spoon size portion of Guacamole, large portion of rice and beans. The chips and red sauce had good flavor and it was a pleasant dining experience with a reasonable price. We left very satisfied.

Staying here for a week and this place was so good I came twice. The mains entrees are on point authentic. Very very hard to find from the carnitas my first visit to molcajete my second. My wife even said this gives her favorite spot a run for there money for the El Pastor ?. I will deff be back. Only thing I would work on is your beans and rice. Rice could be a little fluffier and fresh beans taste like they are canned. But easily those two things are over looked when the mains are just so delicious ?

Food was amazing and staff was great BUT WARNING NO AC INSIDE. It was so hot inside, but if you can deal with that, again, great food!

Had some Gringo tacos that were like the ywere made at home using a Old El Paso kit, and some fried shrimp wrapped in bacon that was fried so long you could break a tooth, just not our cup of tea

We would highly recommend Mr. Tequila if you are in the mood for Mexican food. We started with margaritas which were delicious, huge, and had plenty of alcohol. Our food was delicious. I highly recommend the shrimp chimichanga. The service was excellent and our server was very attentive.

A friend of mine who previously visited Fort Myers referred me to Mr Tequila. I stayed on Estero Island for 11 days and visited Mr Tequila 3 of those days. The piña colada daquiri was very tasty! The food was great. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Gracias por todo! Sigue lo bueno!

Prompt seating and friendly service, off season seating is open at nearly any time. Tortilla's served were nice and warm, jus the right amount of salt and salsa is mild but ask for the house made hot sauce - super hot! 4 adults with 4 separate meals and all were good, corn tortillas taste fresh and homemade, all of the meals were served room, at the same time and had ample side portions of rice and beans. The rice is nice and light, not greasy or sticky. The skinny rita is a recommendation, they skip the nectars and sweeteners and just go fresh lime juice and your choice of tequila. On the rocks with salt was a generous pour and deep fried ice cream was good. Tried lot's of mexican thru area and this tops our list

Very nice restaurant and great atmosphere too. Very friendly staff, attentive to your needs before you even ask and very knowledgeable as far as menu and drinks too.You are served chips and salsa before you even order your drinks.Our server / bartender was very busy but never missed a chance to check on us.We definitely recommend this restaurant and we will be back again.

Nice Mexican restaurant if you are looking for great Mexican food and drinks. It is near the beach and has a colorful decor. The bathroom needs better maintenance.

Party of (7) - big menu selection of classic mexican meals, all were happy w food, festive atmosphere and conscientious service. I preferred the on-the-rocks margarita ;)

This place was pleasantly fantastic! I am fairly sure the hostess, who was also seemed to be our server and the bartender was way overworked, but she was amazing for our party of 10 and didn't miss a beat! The food was awesome! Everyone enjoyed their selections and left satisfied! Thank you for one of the best meals from our vacation!

The food was good. The drinks were too strong for me. The service was good and it was fairly close to our condo.

The pulled pork enchiladas were amazing! My wife got the chicken tortilla soup and it was delicious as well. Right down the road from the high traffic area of the pier in Fort Meyers Beach.
