Enjoyed the whole experience! Our server was wonderful - I wish I had written his name down - because he recommended a wonderful meal. Garganelli Forestale with the addition of shrimp was delicious!
Junior was the best server/guide that we have not experienced in many years. He had a great knowledge of the menu and after discussing our preferences, he suggested menu items that seemed to be prepared for us. We highly recommend Rae's at the Pink Shell for service and quality. Ask for Junior.
Our server was Lloyd; he did a fine job. There were 3 of us for a dinner the week of August 3 . We had a Parma Proscuitto Salad, split for 2 of us. It was good. Entrees: Red Grouper was average and a bit bland; Salmon was also average and a bit dry; Pappardelle Pasta was average as well. The Chocolate Torte we shared was very good. My wife got a glass of Banfi Chianti Classico, and I got a glass of Bogle Vinyards Merlot. Both wines looked, smelled and tasted identical....
