The Spartan Omelette at this restaurant was a delightful symphony of flavors, with the eggs cooked to perfection—soft and fluffy yet perfectly set. It was generously filled with fresh, vibrant vegetables and just the right amount of feta cheese, providing a harmonious blend of textures and tastes. Accompanying the omelette were the hash browns, which were an absolute triumph; crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and seasoned just right to bring out their natural potato...
We chose Summerlin Cafe based on its high reviews and were not disappointed. We had a Caesar salad with chicken. Before that there was a fantastic minestrone. The food and service were really excellent.
We went for our first time on Thanksgiving. The wait time was minimal, The food arrived fast, fresh and hot. The staff was quick and attentive. They were crazy busy, the staff was keeping up, and the place was clean! Was completely amazed at how they handled the holiday meal. We will return!
