Horrible service, no regards for any allergies or any specific orders at all. Disgusting attitude from employees when told a mistake was made.

Bad service. They don’t even acknowledge you and it kills them to take your order at the counter.

Managers need to make up their minds. Store is busy. Door dash has to do drive thru... Drive thru is empty nah today door dash has to come in we cant hand it out thr empty drive thru line . For 2 months it's different every day. Workers are rude about it besides. Incompetent

I stood at the counter for several minutes... No acknowledgement from employees. No Menu up above the registers. I'm assuming they want you to use the Kiosk and no cash.... Sometimes I have questions! I've gone there for years... Not a good forward direction!

Food be cold, meat is nasty no taste and be watered down,taco shells be broken or soggy. Tried different Taco Bell and each one just disappointed.

Every single taco they gave me tonight was soaking wet. Not even like condensation or something. Falling apart soggy like they poured water on everything.

Ordered a Mexican pizza and they don't have any utensils to eat it. They didn't even care. Why don't they go to the store to pickup forks and spoons so customers can eat.

Literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever eaten. Threw most of it away. Chalupas were stale, could barely chew it. Chicken was actually cold. I can’t believe they can serve food like this and stay open.

My family and I are regulars here and I was thinking maybe it was just employees having a couple bad days but every time we come here the NIGHT shift is terrible! So so soooo rude and if I ask for extra sour cream they give me zero sour cream every time but I pay for the extra sour cream. I ordered a soft taco supreme and could not eat it because it was soggy and stuck to the wrapper.. it was wet, like water wet but the rest of the others weren’t wet. All of our other food was made wrong but yet charged for all the extras that weren’t there. Then I had to turn around to get my drink because they forgot it. I understand having bad days but this is every time and they are very very rude. I use to work in food and I am a hairstylist and have NEVER treated people rude. If an order was messed up I would apologize and fix it and do it with a smile. I feel like if I was the owner of this establishment all this night staff would most definitely be fired. They are doing no favors for your business.

Wouldn't even sell me food at 10 30 on an e bike only door dash in the lobby and can't use the drive through because it's not a car other states use bikes for delivery why couldn't I buy a taco man

This taco bell always manages to forget at least one thing from the whole order every time and it’s usually the most important/ main thing from the order. Putting all the food into the bag isn’t rocket science and I shouldn’t have to drive all the way back after I get home and don’t see it after going though the humongous bag they shove all the food in

First of all, ordered this around 8:20. Didn't get my order until 8:50. There were 3 workers on the line while the other two kept walking back and forth asking the same questions. Have some initiative to get the workers to work faster and accurately. The fact the one worker gave you the cold shoulder/didn't care to be there, I would stay away.
