Taco Bell

I walked in there, probably around roughly 10 o’clock right before 10 o’clock probably and I was told they were closed and I already ordered my food. She saw me order my food and then she told me that they didn’t dine in service so and then when I asked about trying to get my money back, she told there was no way of her doing that for me.

So I guess I’ll just call my credit card company but in general, why does the front door sign say open until midnight? It should say drive-through….

Some food was ice-cold and my chalup tacos were overcooked so I couldn't eat them. The restaurant was empty they weren't busy with any customers. I got my order right after it was done.

Manager likes to argue and put it back on customers when the staff makes a mistake. Food is taco bell quality.

I love Taco Bell. It's a shame that this doesn't exist in Germany. Can I have the MasterFranchise? 😉🏝️☀️

Very disappointed with their app
While I understand that supposedly it's not their app. It's a third party. It's still a reflection on Taco Bell. I could not log into my account because they changed it. Therefore, instead of getting food for $20 +, it was $35. Not happy!

We went through the drive thru for a quick lunch. The line was a little slow moving, but not too bad. We ordered beef taco supremes, a side of nacho cheese, a Baja blast and a medium Pepsi. The drive thru staff was okay. Our food tasted good. I had to take off a star for the high prices though. I know that the restaurant owners probably have no choice, with overhead expenses being what they are… but when I go to a place like Taco Bell I’m looking for value, and the prices are just a little too high across the board. Still, not a bad visit. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Zero stars for the disrespectful "lady" who talks like a Man in the BOH. I don't want to hear your conversation! I don't want to wait 15 minutes for an order of fries that take 3 minutes! The absolute disrespect and profanity is a disgrace!

We just wanted to grab something to eat here in the evening. In the end we had to wait 20 minutes. We were then informed that the black beans were out. We then knew that the employee wasn't going anywhere either...
Last but not least, a dip and an entire dish were forgotten. We paid for the things anyway. In addition, the dishes were not labeled, so we couldn't tell vegetarian and meat dishes apart. Still, the food was very tasty for fast food.

Vegetarian options: For an American fast food store, there is actually a large selection of vegetarian dishes here.

This place opens at 10. Update your hours on maps so folks don’t drive out of their way down the road with more potholes than anywhere in Lee county just to realize you aren’t actually open.
