Communication was perfect from start to end. Melissa arrived on time and was extremely pleasant. Timely delivery and setup was most appreciated. Would 1000% use 3 Pepper Burrito for other events. The salsa was definitely a hit. The Pico will definitely open your sinuses but the flavor too was good. The guacamole was on point perfect with onion & garlic

I've given Three Pepper multiple chances because I really wanted to like it. It's a local business and I appreciate having something different than the big chains nearby. Unfortunately the quality of the protein consistently falls short.
The chicken and steak don’t seem grilled or seasoned. They have a bland almost boiled texture that lacks flavor and appeal. It’s honestly hard to eat, especially when you're trying to make a healthy choice with a bowl or salad. The ground beef is the only protein with any real flavor, but it tastes like a basic taco seasoning packet was thrown on so its nothing specially really, it's what I get and I actually hate ground beef lol I only get it because the chicken and steak just don't cut it in terms of flavor.
That said I do really enjoy the outdoor eating area. It’s a nice place to sit and eat, especially on a good weather day. I wish the food matched the experience of the space. The service is great and the staff are really nice and helpful.
I’d love to support this place more often especially over something like Chipotle or Cava but the protein quality makes it tough to justify. If they upgraded to properly grilled seasoned meats, even just one, it would completely change things for me.
