The staff needs to be trained in safe food handling. Twice I’ve had issues with their staff touching dirty things in their gloves and then going to touch my food. The first time a woman was using her cellphone in gloves. Today the guy picked up a dropped can of spray off the floor and then immeadiately touched my wrap. The floor is filthy, any coming off the floor will be gross. And that ick transfers to my food.After seeing that I said no thanks and left. It’s a shame, the food tastes good. But not worth a stomach virus

Stopped in here tonight to grab a Coke and to my surprise they had the Coke in a glass bottle (the BEST kind there is) && warm churro chips that were amazing!!! Colin helped explain the menu and gave us some awesome recommendations to try next time, as we had already had dinner tonight but will DEFINITELY be back since the customer service and snacks were great! Also Colin let us know they are now open until 3 AM on Fridays & Saturdays making them the ONLY place to get food on the weekends after 2 AM in Down Town Fort Myers ??

I want to preface this review by saying that I've been eating at this three pepper for years, before they closed down and reopened. The staff are usually friendly and nice. I have consistently ordered a walking taco to go because of cost effectiveness (broke college student) and I ask for it separate (in a to go container) from the chip bag that comes with because I don't like the chips getting soggy.For months now it has never been an issue. Tonight they do it exactly as normal except when I get to the register they tell me they're " gonna have to charge me for a bowl." And I say "but I asked for a walking taco to go, not a bowl, and I didn't put the larger portions in there" he says "it's not up to me. If you get it in that container, I have to charge you extra."I then comment about there not being any policy that states this, to which he responded something along the lines of well if this was my restaurant I wouldn't care, but it's not. And then made the claim that multiple people had made commentary to me about this?! Which had never happened. I'm upset that I was made to pay for a full price bowl, when it's wasn't even half of a bowl in size. And while I understand I could've left the food and not taken it, I didn't feel comfortable doing so and was hungry. Just bothered me the way this was handled. Will be spending my money elsewhere considering how often I was eating here.
