Great first impression!! Amazing energy and welcoming environment. Sandra was great and explained all of the services/workouts they offer on top of explaining the menu items offered and answering any questions. My husband and I both loved our drinks and will definitely be back!!

This place truly deserves a 10/10. Not only because of the excellent quality of what they offer, which always meets expectations, but also because of the wonderful atmosphere you feel the moment you walk in. It’s a cozy space where you can tell they pay attention to every detail.

What stands out the most are the people who work here: always kind, with a smile on their face, and ready to give you the best service. That warmth makes it more than just a place to shop—it’s a place you actually enjoy spending time in.

Owner is awesome, made us feel welcome immediately, didn’t try to upsell us anything, and had genuine conversation. Awesome place to eat a lot and not feel like crap after like all these other places loaded with sugar and carbs. Definitely will be back!

The first time I came here I was talking aloud about “What sounded good on the menu”. While looking at the menu I was brought out one of the shakes I mentioned even tho I was still looking. I felt forced to buy it as the cashier (who is also the manager I think) is really pushy to sell. The smoothie was good the first time tho. I came back despite that incident as I loved the concept of the place. Some days the smoothies are good and other days they have clumps of protein powder that leaves a nasty after taste.10$ for a 24oz smoothie is very pricey and the location isn't in the best area either. I'm done coming here long story short.

I came to this spot because I was in the mood for a smoothie, I came here and tried their blueberry smoothie and it was fresh and just the right amount of sweet. The host was excited to talk to us about the zumba, boot camp and other workout services they offer. If you're a cape coral resident or you're just visiting its worth coming here!

I got the pumpkin protein shake and was sooo delicious 10/10. I love that they have non whey protein options. I also got the waffle amazing sandwich and it was fresh made to order. They gave ma a syrup and hot sauce packet with it. I love a good sweet and spicy moment. Not to mention the sandwich is made with a protein waffle so the macros are crazy. 42 grams of protein for the whole sandwich.
On top of the food and shake being amazing the owners were very sweet and helpful when ordering.

Paid $25 for one smoothie and one açaí bowl. No thanks.
