I got the pumpkin protein shake and was sooo delicious 10/10. I love that they have non whey protein options. I also got the waffle amazing sandwich and it was fresh made to order. They gave ma a syrup and hot sauce packet with it. I love a good sweet and spicy moment. Not to mention the sandwich is made with a protein waffle so the macros are crazy. 42 grams of protein for the whole sandwich.

Wow I'm so glad I found this place. The owner is the sweetest and the food was great I didn't even wait to go home. I got the half chicken on waffle and a refresher both was amazing. Plus everything is good for you. Can't wait to bring my kids to try it out usually healthy food doesn't always taste the greatest but hers is top tier. She also has a workout program and zumba
