The shakes here are pretty delicious and healthier then most places I've gone to. They don't taste overly sweet so don't expect to have that ice cream flavor to it.. They are a bit pricey but definitely do the job and fill you up.
I work at the hospital down in Ft. Myers and stop in because I needed something quick and protein packed! Their açaí bowls are incredible and the protein meal replacements shakes are on point! I work a 12 hour shift and these protein packed bowls and drinks keep me full am for at least half of my shift! The owners are very kind and service is always quick. The owner never forgets a face! I have never ordered something I didn’t like either. If you are looking for protein, low sugar versions of amazing food/drinks, this is definitely the right place. Support this small business instead of a chain!!
