Applebee's Grill + Bar offers consistent chain restaurant food with friendly staff. The bartenders are exceptional, making up for any minor issues. Guests enjoy the half-price apps after 10pm and delicious salads, albeit with a request for lighter vinaigrette. The overall experience is great, despite some Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
The bar is clean, and tables are not sticky like an equivalent restaurant in the area. The staff, including Jackie at the bar, provides excellent customer service and ensures the food is hot and of great quality. Customers appreciate the staff's friendly manners and the ability to get to know the management.
While the food is delicious, the temperature inside can be quite cold. The new payment system may be a bit confusing, and the hostess who seated a customer was not in the best mood. However, these minor issues do not detract from the overall positive experience at Applebee's Grill + Bar.
