I was very very impressed. When I went there yesterday, just after lunch hour there were only two employees working and they were dishing out more orders than when I've seen seven people working there. Those two employees that worked Tuesday, March 26th 2024 were amazing. The day shift manager that was there definitely deserves a pay raise as well as the gentleman that was in the back cooking the food. Thank you guys.

Better than the average Arby’s. Drive through at 4:54pm on a Sunday. No waiting to order. Food was fresh (mozzarella sticks) and very fast. The associate at the window was very nice.

The woman at the drive thru today was the sweetest woman who brightened my day. I could hear her interacting with each car in front of and behind me and I could tell she provided the same great service to everyone.The food was good, the fries were lacking, about half full for a large.I mostly just wanted to review to recognize a great employee. She gets 5 stars. She had a head scarf/wrap on. If I find the receipt with her name, I will update it.
Extremely rude young girl who didn't know what she was talking about. Saved by another helpful lady. Fries cold. No longer serve ham and cheese.

Ordered through the drive through. Terrible attitude from the associate. Ordered 2 medium drinks and had large ones ready. She seemed quite upset when I corrected my order. I also ordered two different drinks and was served the same drink for both and because one was a Dr Pepper and the other one Coke I couldn’t tell the difference. I had to throw away the drinks and the seven dollars I paid for them. Aside from the money. Just the attitude from the associate I will never be back in Arby’s.

Store 5992 at 9290 Daniels Parkway Fort Myers is outstanding on customer services every Sunday on evening I enjoy to go there. Very polite and friendly Asociattes. Their manager Djeremie must be proud of her team. Great People all of them. They remember customers name and preference. They just hear my voice to know what I want. God Bless these amazing team.

I'm rarely blown away by the professional attitude of a fast food employee but the dark skinned gentlemen working tonight was fast, professional, courteous, and he repeated everything back to make sure we were on the same page. Wow!Not only that but the food was perfect. This was what I wanted for a fast food place in every way. I'll be back!
