Food is good when it is what you ordered. My husband ordered a chicken club wrap meal, and was told that "it did not come as a meal" when it clearly did on the menu. Then once we received our order and left, we find out that we were given the snack size chicken wrap. He was not happy. Not the best experience.

Horrible, incredibly long line and horrible wait. Ordered online and had to wait forever to get our food. Not only that we got something in our sandwich that looked like someone's contact lens or some kind plastic circle? Also multiple sandwiches were cold, unlike the drinks. Went to get sodas for the family and half the drinks were warm no ice at all and the Powerade and sprite had a bunch of little black bits in them. All of the sodas were completely flat. Gross! Understand they were busy but why even serve food if it's not edible!

I thoroughly enjoyed everything! about my recent experience with this Arby’s! I ordered online and arrived to the restaurant shortly after. There were quite a few vehicles in the drive thru so I decided to park and pick my order up inside. I was cheerfully greeted by several workers. My meal was fresh, hot and delicious!! I will return!

Literally the best fast food experience I've ever had! The store manager and cashier were so kind and patient! He even walked the lobby to take care of garbage from his customers and to make sure everything was good! I didn't want to leave! I'm here in the parking lot typing this on my lunch break, way to go guys!!!
