worst service ever. instead of trying to help figure out a solution Phil decided to close our account because we stopped buying coffee from them for the machine. who has $700 a month to spend when you can get it cheaper everywhere else. go find a different distributor.

We were brought to Aroma through our local Chamber of Commerce when we were having some issues with our previous company. Their team came out to sell us on the machine, but also sold us on their service.

Aroma coffee has been our vendor for over a year and we never run out of supply. Each rep who was assigned to our office provided suggestions on order count based on how often they were refilling our supply and I found to be extremely helpful- one less thing I need to worry about in the office.
