Always early, extremely pleasant, knows our account like the back of his hand, very efficient. The few times we have had an issue with a product, he always goes out of his way to either replace or comp the product so we are not out of product. That's extreme customer service! :) Aroma... you know that your service reps ARE your bread and butter...right? That's how you keep your business running.
