Went to buy two saloon buns and some pretzels. The guy tried giving us a cinnamon bun that has been sitting there for who knows how long that was all dried up paid $25 to get something good there and he tried ripping you off very poor Service and then he laughed about it.

I took my grandson to get a pretzel and cinnabon, paid $16.50 for 1 of each and it was a tiny bun.They gave a cold peel open cheese to dip pretzel in.It was all horrible and I will not be recommending this place to anyone.It is half of each business together and I am blown away at how disappointing this was.

I love Auntie Anne’s! I will tolerate the pain and inflammation from gluten just to eat the cinammon and almond pretzels. This place has been here for a long time at Edison mall. It moved around in the mall but I am glad we still have Auntie Anne’s in Fort Myers. Please support our local malls and Auntie Anne’s. I went to the Gainesville mall last month and searched for Auntie Anne’s but they only had a knock off pretzel place and it did not look clean so I did not bother to order. I don’t ever want that to happen in our malls here. Auntie Anne’s has the best lemonade and even ordered the buckets with pepperoni pizza and hotdog over Doordash and UberEats. They deliver even all the way to East Lehigh. It’s such a far drive to Edison mall or Miromar Outlets from Lehigh but I am so glad I can stop by the mall or get delivery from Auntie Annes!
As always the cinnamon pretzel nuggets are absolutely amazing! And everybody behind the counter was super friendly.

Today I was in edison mall before I was making a trip to the hospital to visit a friend.i know that she likes the cinnamon roll there so I was going to grab 4 that was hot 2 for her that make her feel better and 2 for me to take home so I get to the counter to order 4 hot cinnamon rolls and the boy at counter tells me no you can't order that way and that tell sale them in a 4 pack cold well that's not what I wanted so I will not spend my money there and I will tell all my friends and family not to buy from this store if I could give a 0 I would

I went this past weekend and got a mini dog and pizza nuggets and it was soooo good. seeing the staff work together was great. although they didn't have ice my lemonade was still cold.
Placed an order and waited 13 minutes plus only for them not to prepare the item, classic. May it be the songs playing with all the curse words that distracted them? I don’t know. No apologies of course not

These people are something else, I work in the mall and the store I work in the ac has been down since hurricane Ian, so I have a little ac in the cash wraps the uses ice water to cool, just so my associates don’t pass out from the heat. I went to both store locations inside the Edison mall to ask if they can please give me two cups of ice for the machine. This first location I went the girl was rude and wanted to charge me 2$ for two small cups of ice. So I went to the other location in the mall explained to them my situation and the guys flat out said no. Wow way to help your fellow mall employees. Very disappointed with these people. Therefore I will no longer buy pretzels that I normally get two to three times a week.
