What an amazing dinner last night! Hats off to the chef who really tried hard to accommodate my mother’s dietary needs: vegetarian / gluten free / vinegar allergy. She absolutely loved her food and everything we ate was delicious. Definitely recommend trying out this new restaurant (formerly Azure)! The truffle pasta on the small plates menu is heavenly.

I had the pleasure of finally getting to try out this amazing chef! I’m so glad to hear he opened a restaurant and decided to go there for my birthday with the family. We had the pleasure of having the place almost to ourselves due to off season and got a chance to chat with the owner! The food was exceptional, service was top tier and the atmosphere was elevated! I can’t wait to go back and try other things. Hurry back for some of the best food in fort Myers!

This was our first time visiting the restaurant. We’re always looking for fine dining options near us. We had a great experience. The food was excellent and cooked to perfection. Our server was very knowledgeable and provided recommendations when asked. We were also fortunate enough to chat with the chef briefly even though it was a Saturday evening and the restaurant was busy. We’re already planning a return trip to try other things on the menu. I highly recommend this establishment.

The best filet and soup i have had in years. The atmosphere and service were great also. It is not everyday where the owner/chef comes over to make sure all was great.

Savour Restaurant is such a gem! The atmosphere is warm and inviting—absolutely perfect for a date night. The steak was cooked to perfection and the sauce they poured over it took it to the next level. What really made the night special was the personal touch—the chef came over to our table to chat, which made the experience feel even more memorable. Highly recommend!

Wait staff was good. Food...not so much. I had good expectations, as a former patron of Azure. Food overall was submitted par, particularly for the $$$.

We always love dining at Savour! Chef Matt and his wife Mimi are so talented, dedicated and committed to their restaurant and customers. We have been several times and have thoroughly enjoyed appetizers to dessert. Even the butter they prepare in-house for the bread is extraordinary!

I’m a very adventurous eater, but the restaurant staples are what impressed me entirely. The attention to detail and passion that went into the steak and frites, starting bread, soup, and sauces blew me away. The yellowfin crispy rice was something I’m going to be thinking about for a while, though. The open kitchen confused me a bit initially but getting to see the care put into every plate, being mine or others…you can tell this restaurant is a labor of love
