Nothing ever in stock, heard there was new owner and I’m assuming it’s the guy that was talking very loud to the workers. Unprofessional and unpleasant to hear while I was eating. Workers are nice and pho is good but the drinks are ok.

Food was just okay. Not hot, luke warm. Service wasn’t good. The young girls there seemed irritated to have us in there. Would not go back. .

The pho was full of flavor, fresh, and perfectly prepared with all the authentic toppings. The bubble tea was the perfect match – refreshing and tasty. 🥢🥤

The atmosphere was cozy and pleasant, perfect to enjoy a nice meal, and the customer service was excellent – very kind and attentive. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to. 🌿🍲💛

The bahn mi’s were delicious and good value ($7-12) depending on which one you get. The fried popcorn chicken was okay - they use dark meat for the popcorn chicken and I feel that $13.95 for that plate is just too much. The veggie spring roll only had romaine lettuce, cucumber and noodle so it was pretty bland but the sauce it came with was good. Overall, I would go back just for the sandwiches but pass on the popcorn chicken and spring rolls.

The pho is sometimes a hit or miss, I really enjoy their milk teas, and their spring rolls! Always hits the spot when I’m craving Vietnamese food 😋

Get the B3 combo with Thai tea with popping bubbles. You will not be disappointed.

I got there to pick up a to-go order which was not even started they only had one person in the building three people working and I still had to wait 20 minutes for my order which had been previously placed

Absolutely loved this combo! The Vietnamese Shredded Chicken Banh Mi with J’s House Sauce Seafood sauce (Cajun flavor) added such a bold, spicy kick. Perfect balance of crispy bread, tender fillings, and that zesty sauce. Definitely a must-try for seafood and sandwich lovers!

Went with my wife for lunch and I got the Banh Mi Grilled Chicken sandwich and the sparkling boba with popping pearls, it was so delicious I will definitely be back to try something different. This is a great place to take your family or friends for lunch!
