This restaurant was ok! It’s the only sit down restaurant in the terminal so you’re kind of stuck eating there unless you want to go through security multiple times. We were never offered refills, menus are via QR code, and we sat there waiting for a bill because no one told us you pay on the QR code website.

Illegal practices for service animals. Filled complaint with local government and reported to the disabilities board for federal government. Hope they enjoy the fines from forcing a disabled person to sit in a position that is not handicap assessable. Even airports have to offer handicapped seating for people with medical conditions.
Extremely rude service and purposely delayed serving our table because I pushed to be treated fairly.
I get it I’m sure people lie all the time but when a legal service animal and disabled customers arrive we should be treated with respect.
I will be filling complaint. ADA laws are here to protect not to discriminate.

I had the misfortune of being served by Sandra, and it was an absolute disaster. From the moment we sat down, she was extremely rude. Our drinks took forever to arrive, and when they finally did, they were wrong. When I tried to get her attention to fix the order, she acted like I was bothering her.
Sandra didn't check on us once after delivering the food, so we had to flag down someone else to get any kind of service.
It was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had, and Sandra’s lack of effort made it even worse. Would never return if I knew she was working again.
