The host Mike was the rudest person. We were next in line, we sat ourselves at the bar. That was a mistake. He told us he is the only one that can seat people and told us he would tell the bartender not to serve us, which she did not. No one said we couldn’t seat ourselves at the bar.All in all Mike was one of the rudest humans I have ever met.

Only sit-down restaurant in terminal B. Needs to be closed and a new place opened. Food was weak. Not much variety. I've been to many airport restaurants. This one is by far the worst.

Do not go here for breakfast! The food is disappointing and nasty. We got the Big Kaunua breakfast, it was scrambled eggs, a small piece of nasty toast absolutely SMOTHERED in grease, French fries (not home fries) and they gave me bacon when I asked for sausage. My boyfriend got a breakfast panini that came with no cheese and honestly looked like a 4th grader made it. The Bloody Mary was $20 by the way, and it was mid. Didn’t finish it. Just a horribly disappointing place. Maybe try the bagel place across from it, or just stick to Starbucks.

Wanted to order a chicken caesar salad for take out . Walked in and they told me that I have to put the order online as they only take dine in orders , so I scanned the QR and places the order ( would be hard for an elder person to do so) Salad was old with 10% bad leaves (found out on the flight and couldn’t go back) also it was overpriced @ $22 including tax I guess they don’t care as you don’t have many choices at the terminal and how often would you go to RSW airport and if you are flying then no chance for you to go back and complain !

came in here around 11:30 am 5/22/24 for my husband to grab a beer before our long flight home after an amazing vacation. Both sat down at the bar when the older Caucasian lady working the bar approaches us and IMMEDIATELY says “you don’t look old enough to sit here” I chuckle and explain that I’m not having a drink, but I hand her the id anyway, and as I’m doing this, she wants to get buck and says “since you want to laugh, I’m definitely id-ing you now” and “you have to be 21 to sit here” in the most condescending tone. I could tell by the look on her face she WANTED me to be underage so she could have some type of power over me. It’s 11:30 am on a Wednesday, do you really think we’d be trying to “sneak” drinks? I could tell that’s what she wanted us to be doing so she could “catch” us. Of course after this I had some choice words because I will not be treated as such, just sitting down at a bar! Showing her my ID was never the issue, it was her IMMEDIATE terrible condescending attitude the moment we sat down, and, the way we were treated. Don’t act like a condescending b word and you won’t be called one;) Please do better! You never know what people are going through. Peace & love.

Be careful ordering through the app. I ordered at 11:30 and didn’t get my food when I left at 12:15 to get my plane. Inquired about it and was told they hadn’t received my order, just thought I did something wrong when ordering. It wasn’t until I was home looking at my phone that I saw the order went through at 3:41. Called the cc to dispute, but they wouldn’t credit just because I wasn’t there to pick up the food. That just doesn’t seem right to me. There is no number listed for the restaurant to put in a complaint either. Last time I’ll use my cc there.

Matt is rude. Almost to the point of spiteful. He was rude to me and the people next to me at the bar. Coming off a vacation, I was in a very cheerful and happy mood, he brought me down by his lack of customer service and attitude. Then I had to ask him for my card back and bill to sign after 10 minutes, and he gave me half a pen to sign my bill with, no ink. I had to wait again to ask him for a pen that worked. The people next to me were writing a negative review as I was leaving. He should not be in the service industry. The quessidilla was terrible. I took out the chicken and ate the tortilla just to eat something. Really unpleasant experience.
Horrible just shut it down please call the bbb call the health inspector dead flies and rotten smell

While you'd expect an airport to have places that are worn and showing their wear I don't expect the qty of dirt and grime in food areas and the bar. Got unlucky enough to sit next to the bar trash cans too. Which stunk. No way they clean like they are supposed to.

Would not be in business if there was any other restaurant in the terminal. Manager was rude as well as one of the servers, although a few were genuinely trying their hardest and being friendly. Extremely, extremely overpriced for what you get - even compared against other airport restaurants. Food was pretty good even if expensive, though I did find a few disturbing hairs in my salad.
