Illegal practices for service animals. Filled complaint with local government and reported to the disabilities board for federal government. Hope they enjoy the fines from forcing a disabled person to sit in a position that is not handicap assessable. Even airports have to offer handicapped seating for people with medical conditions.

I get it I’m sure people lie all the time but when a legal service animal and disabled customers arrive we should be treated with respect.

I had the misfortune of being served by Sandra, and it was an absolute disaster. From the moment we sat down, she was extremely rude. Our drinks took forever to arrive, and when they finally did, they were wrong. When I tried to get her attention to fix the order, she acted like I was bothering her.
Sandra didn't check on us once after delivering the food, so we had to flag down someone else to get any kind of service.
It was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had, and Sandra’s lack of effort made it even worse. Would never return if I knew she was working again.

Unfortunately this was a terrible expirence. This restaurant was extremely understaffed, drinks were not even made correctly, you couldn't order water or soda, only bar drinks ( Warning: do not order a old fashion), the list goes on.

This has to be one of the worst airport restaurants ever. Options at RSW are terrible. At this place, they force you to do self service on everything except the drinks. My food was cold. Chicken tacos were terrible - wilted lettuce, limited toppings and stale tortillas. Ft. Myers needs to invest in this airport.
