Beef 'O' Brady's

After many years in the restaurant industry I can 100% guarantee that these gray steaks, with no rendered fat, and zero evidence of any kind of sear at all, were microwaved. I understand that a carryout steak will always up cook in a box. However, this is not the case in these photos. When I called to speak to a manager, there was not one on duty. The bartender assured me that they would never microwave a steak. Absolutely false. If zero stars was an option I would happily give it. Do not recommend.

VERY DISSAPOINTED
I Picked up my Dad at the airport along with my (legit/registered/D.O.T. approved/trained) Service Dog. Was told we had to sit outside because of my dog. I explained she is a Service Dog and she's been there before & was told that dogs belong outside. She was very rude. It was hot outside & most were smokers. So we had to deal with the heat & smoke.

We were passing through and thought this place would be a good idea because Beef's has been consistently good at other locations. After stopping here, I'm shocked to think this is a part of chain of restaurants because the experience overall was a complete 180 from other locations. The restaurant itself was extremely dirty, sticky, and in poor shape. We couldn't differentiate waitresses from other patrons. I ordered the same steak sandwich and fried pickles as I have at other franchised Beef's and it was practically inedible. Service was slow since our waitress was pre-occupied taking shots with the table beside us. Highly encourage you to stop somewhere else, unless you're in the mood for a remarkably bad experience.

This is in regards to the address of 11841 Palm Beach boulevard Fort Myers food was Extremely poor, service was extremely slow. 2 people working in the entire restaurant, besides the cook. Manager nowhere to be found when we needed to talk to him. Called the main office. I spoke to Bill Masten. He told me this was a privately owned, not a franchise. He gave me the phone number of the owner. I have reached out to the owner at least 6 times. This is since February 22nd. I have been lied to numerous times by this owner. Given every excuse in the book not to take care of it, to the point where he told me he refunded my money back to my credit card which he never did. I am warning you, stay far far far away from this restaurant. You will be so sorry. My husband's burger was a 1/2 of a burger on a bun. I'm not kidding when I say that, a half of a burger. It was cut in half. I had a steak sandwich. It had 4 thin slices of steak. My side order was zucchini, it was a quarter of a zucchini sliced into 4 pieces. That's what I got. I have pictures.

We love Kenny at the outdoor bar. He remembers our names, even the dog, and our order off the bat. The outdoor atmosphere is great when he’s here

Have stopped by a few times recently and their service has been phenomenal and food is really good, and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend the place.

Looks like people were having fun at the bar and at tables. Service was slow and had to get up multiple times to get servers. I think the servers were overworked. I ended up getting very sick a few hours after Sonny and have vomited and had diarrhea multiple times since I ate there. I will not be going back. I had the Cuban sandwich

We sat outside for lunch. The food was fine, just average. The beer was not cold, which is a problem when you're outside. There were several gaps in the service, including finishing my beer and not seeing a server for 5 minutes. There are not a lot of options in the area, but I probably won't go back.
