We love Kenny at the outdoor bar. He remembers our names, even the dog, and our order off the bat. The outdoor atmosphere is great when he’s here

Have stopped by a few times recently and their service has been phenomenal and food is really good, and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend the place.

Looks like people were having fun at the bar and at tables. Service was slow and had to get up multiple times to get servers. I think the servers were overworked. I ended up getting very sick a few hours after Sonny and have vomited and had diarrhea multiple times since I ate there. I will not be going back. I had the Cuban sandwich

We sat outside for lunch. The food was fine, just average. The beer was not cold, which is a problem when you're outside. There were several gaps in the service, including finishing my beer and not seeing a server for 5 minutes. There are not a lot of options in the area, but I probably won't go back.

Dinner last night 6 pm. Almost empty inside. No one to seat us. Service was slow and the food was terrible. Had the grilled shrimp which were so bad I wouldn’t use them as bait. No coleslaw on second dinner. At least the bathroom was clean if you don’t mind ripping a piece of paper towel off a roll. Horrible experience.

I will never ever eat here again! I spend a lot of money here as I work close to here so I order all the time. I want the corporate or the owner of this location to reach out to me otherwise I will file a complaint with the better Business bureau as well. Made an order here and it was made incorrectly. On top of that my burger was cold like it had been sitting out when I had just ordered it 15 minutes ago and the website says I will receive a text message when it's ready yet the actual location said they never have done that and they don't know what I'm talking about. When I called back I was told by the person at the bar that I could get a refund then when the manager got on the phone they told me to bring the burger back after I had already touched it and that she would give me a refund. Her demeanor as she was talking to me was very unprofessional she kept interrupting me and she was rushing me off the phone. When I called back to ask why she was talking like that to me she immediately started interrupting me again so I raised my voice so that she could hear me and she raised hers even louder. This establishment is horrible and the way I was treated by the manager of this establishment is absolutely implorable. I will be filing a complaint with the better Business bureau I have never dealt with this kind of service from a manager of a location.

The dining room was dirty. The cook was outside smoking when I arrived. He walked into the kitchen through the dining room after his smoke. My togo order was not correct.
