Came in to eat and saw the “please wait to be seated sign” so we stood up there and no one came to greet us and employees were just sitting around up front, was never acknowledged upon arrival. Then we ordered up at the front and I asked the lady if we just sit anywhere and she said yeah that’s fine. So we find a table then get called saying our food was ready, it was packed up in togo bags and containers and we were told “you guys can’t eat this here” we then asked why not and she responded that she asked us if it was for here or togo. We were never asked that question while ordering our food. It was extremely disappointing and disrespectful because more people started walking in and they were getting greeted and seated right away. Not coming back here.

got a to go order from bento fu, i ordered the 3 sushi lunch special which comes with miso soup and a garden salad for a great price. as well as takoyaki for appetizer (which was additional). To my surprise when i opened the salad i was met with pieces of soggy lettuce and one tomato. it looks like it was eaten and has been served to me. I ordered eel sauce on the side and there was a piece of hair in it which absolutely disgusted me even further. The quality from bento fu has gone down bc even the miso soup didn’t taste right. the sushi is okay, but not great. Takoyaki smelled really fishy when i opened it, it was horrible. The service worker i was greeted with was also not welcoming or nice even when i left a tip, there was no thank you, no greeting. Just plain rude. I loved this place but unfortunately the quality has just definitely gone down.

Ordered Doordash and the food was completed fairly quickly. Ordered the 'pick 3 rolls' lunch, the rolls looked small, but were well packed and tasted amazing! Very fresh ingredients of good quality, especially liked the avocado. It came with miso soup that was more broth than anything, but it had a very good flavor and texture and was more filling than expected. The only bad part was the salad, which was mostly just a small amount of iceberg lettuce and a cherry tomato, however the ginger dressing was really good, especially considering I don't even like ginger. I ended up very full and happy with my order. Also got a matcha iced latte, which is lightly sweetened and mid-quality matcha (actually a good thing if you know matcha), and very refreshing, so I think it's worth the price. It was so good I forgot to take a picture, oops
I paid 85.00 for sushi and they try to sell me spicy mayo said it didn’t come The food and the food was all over the place in the to go order when I picked it up .🤦♀️
