Best Ice Cream “Under The Sea Experience”

I had a terrible experience tonight. I ordered an ice cream brownie an hour before close and waited 35 minutes after being told it would be brought out to me. After half an hour of waiting, I went back to check on the status. That’s when Alicia told me they ran out of the base and offered me a refund with a sarcastic apology. I asked why I wasn’t notified sooner, and she gave me a half-smile, saying there was nothing more she could do.

What happened next was shocking—she walked around the counter like she was about to physically escort me out. I told her that her behavior was completely unprofessional and left. I am truly baffled by the lack of respect and poor treatment I received. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on how I was treated.

Last night, my husband and I arrived an hour before closing and ordered an ice cream brownie to share ($18). ALICIA said she would bring it to our table, but after waiting 35 minutes with no update, she began closing the store and shutting the doors as if they were closing early. That’s when I walked up to the counter to ask about our order, only to be told she couldn’t make it. She offered a refund but never informed us earlier. When I asked about the delay, her apology felt brief and dismissive. Meanwhile, she served everyone else ice cream except for us, leaving the impression that she either forgot or intentionally chose not to serve us. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you expect decent service.

This place is amazing... The atmosphere and vibe is really unique. Feels like you're at Bikini Bottom and the ice cream is done right in front of you. Highly recommend!

I will never have ice cream anywhere else in Ft Myers again. I love this place ! It's my go to favorite when my kids and grandkids come for a visit, it's a must. I want to buy Gift Certificates please !

Kid-friendliness: It's a fun experience, beyond ice cream ! You must experience for yourself. The best I've cream under the sea is a actual gun experience, more than ice cream. Worth every penny. They really make the ice cream while you wait and watch.

Kat was an absolute exceptional mermaid! The location has many photo opportunities, is very clean and such a pleasant experience! The ice cream was delicious and made right before your eyes! I definitely recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Most delicious ice-cream made in front of my eyes and a beautiful serendipity place in Fort Myers Florida. Can't wait until my grandchildren come to show this place off. Definitely should be on your do list.

Rude rude employee, we went in there to have some ice cream at 8:39pm on a Friday night… she wanted to close down and started complaining how she had already texted her boss to leave early because it was slow. Which it did not make sense because we had previously asked and said that if it was a problem we were okay we could just go, but she had said it was fine. She made us feel very uncomfortable to the point where we wanted to leave and then she proceeded to be rude and closed the door on our faces.

Hidden gem in Downtown Fort Myers. The only thing I regret was not knowing about this place before. Yesterday was my first time visiting and loved our overall experience from the customer service, made to order ice cream, a freebie and the atmosphere? this place is so awe dropping ?? will be our go to ice cream shop

We went for the first time this afternoon and it was a fantastic experience. My son loved the under the sea theme and had a lot of fun eating the cereal/popcorn mixture that they put liquid nitrogen over, it makes fog come out of your mouth and nose like a dragon. The ice cream was divine! We tried the Belgian Oreo. Can’t wait to go back!

Place looked awesome, they did a great job. The lighting helps sell the underwater theme. Portions were on par for the cost. The items we got (Dream cloud and Creme Brulee) tasted great. The staff were wonderful and helpful. "Ariel" even posed for a picture with our daughter, made her day. You've got to have some of the Giggle Popcorn!!! Have yer recording device ready, trust me.

Parking: We lucked out, there was a spot available within two car lengths. It's pay-by-app and they check. It can be a walk if the 15 shared spots are full. With it, though.

Kid-friendliness: The whimsy of how they portrayed the underwater theme, will get a smile even on the jaded kids. Even teens will have fun. Adults, of course they will. If their inner child still runs around.

Amazing mermaid themed ice cream, or daughter was over the moon. And didn't get me started on the jiggly puff pop corn, by far the coolest things I've ever eaten.
