the chicken was raw. our food took about 1 hour to come out, even though there was about 2 other people in there, and we didn’t receive any table service from the waitress. we didn’t receive any napkins or silverware when seated, so when we received food and had to wait about 5-10minutes for waitress to finally come to our table and give us silverware. We ended up spilling our water and we didn’t have any napkins to clean it up. very disappointed, food was also very overpriced.

Love the atmosphere here. It's a really cool vibe. Our server was pleasant and except for forgetting our waters for 15 minutes was very efficient. The food (jambalaya and shrimp bowl) was well presented but did not have the wow factor. It was above average but nothing we would order again. The calamari appetizer and sauces were excellent. Cost for the 3 of us plus 1 drink per person was over 122.00 not counting tip.

I have changed my rating, and we would definitively fine there again ** Overcharged for an extra rib-eye. Unfortunately, I didn't catch it at the time of payment (my fault for not checking the ticket). I called the restaurant a couple of hours later and spoke with Ashlyn, who said they would issue a credit on my card. I have yet to see the credit. (I live 5 hours from this restaurant).
I know this is a chain. But this location was really good. The food was excellent. Our waitress was wonderful. And the atmosphere was a typical BJ's brewhouse.

Our first time eating at BJ's. Lots of different dishes to chose from. Came with family to celebrate my sons birthday. Only bad thing was a few items we requested to order were not available. Was a little disappointing as it was the reason my son picks BJ's for his birthday dinner, but overall food was good, and our server was excellent. Made reservations about a week in advance, was able to add 2 more people to reservation about 2 ours prior to dinner time. Once we arrived we were seated right away. We will definitely be back.

Madison was our server and did a great job. She was friendly and attentive. Philly & Cheese - excellent!!!! The chips w/guacamole, spinach dip & queso - very good.
