Friends and I enjoyed a throughly wonderful evening at Blanc last week. The food was superior, the atmosphere inviting and casual, the service outstanding. Our server, Freddy, added just the right mix of professionalism, fun and attention that goes the final step to a perfect restaurant experience.

They truly impressed me with its warm ambiance and exceptional service. The food was flavorful and beautifully presented, especially the lamb chops, which was perfectly cooked. We were first time Blanc visitors seeking a more refined dining experience. Eva welcomed us and offered us a choice of table. The space is intimate, with contemporary white surfaces, tables close, and the energy of its open kitchen. Conversation is easy.
The menu is focused with a list of indulgent appetizers and entrees that make for that special night out.
Eva's service was very attentive. We opened with champagne then enjoyed our Caesar salads. The filet mignon, lamb chops, prawn upgrade, delicious sides of truffle mash and haricot verts were cooked to perfection. A presentation on a cutting board was an exciting surprise. Red wines by the glass accompanied our meal.
We split a chocolate mousse dessert and followed with espressos.
We referenced Florida's Golden Spoon and reviews here on Google and Open Table and found all aligned. Reservations were easy using OpenTable.
Parking was available though we noted the commercial center is a busy one with a number of popular restaurants.

Blanc is a true culinary delight that exceeded every expectation. We visited on a Thursday evening for their three-course special, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary.
For the main course, we enjoyed an expertly cooked steak, and on our server’s recommendation, added a giant prawn on top—a decision we’re still dreaming about.
To complement the meal, Blanc’s wine selection was not expansive, but chosen with care. The service was top-notch—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely warm (make sure to ask for Eva). While the ambiance and service were incredible, the food and wine stole the show. We can’t wait to come back!
