Fish is always fresh and very good quality. Most of the time I order sashimi having nigiri and /or rolls only on rare occasion. Today was that exception. I ordered a sushi-sashimi combo dinner. Fish as always, was very good. Nigiri rice, however was quite disappointingly blend. Perhaps and hopefully today was a "one of". I'll just stick to sashimi from now on. Still one of the best I had in Fort Myers Metro.
Wasn't going to submit this but after requesting a call from the restaurant and not receiving one I felt I needed to put this out there. Been coming to Blu on a regular basis (over 20 times in the past year) and have loved it every time but this visit. Sometimes it's just my wife and I and other times I bring friends and family so they can experience what is one of our favorites. This visit was not enjoyable. My wife and I were at a hightop in the corner of the bar area...

Every cocktail I’ve tried has been amazing, and I’ve enjoyed every roll.
When I say I want sushi, this is where I want to go.
Their lunch deal if awesome if you want a nice little something.
My absolute favorite item is the Spicy Salmon Tostados (minus the jalapeño).
