Our waitress is always wonderful, she's been with Bob Evans for 13 years. She was the only waitress on this visit. She had 5 tables and a new cook. The manager should have stepped up and helped her out.

Bob Evans still serves great comfort food but for those of us GF, the menu change was not a good one. There is even more limitations on the menu with the loss of the skillet options. Now the only one left has gravy in it. From what I could hear from my booth, the kitchen was struggling today.

On 9/03/2025 my husband and I stopped by the Bob Evans restaurant on Colonial Center Dr in Ft. Myers, Fl. We were greeted by Kevin who was so friendly and welcoming. We were seated at a booth that we were so lucky to have Amanda for our server. She also was so darn friendly, it made our experience enjoyable! Our food came fresh and warm and DELICIOUS. My husband’s turkey sandwich was huge he took half home! My chopped salad was fresh and delicious! It was such a wonderful...
