Table of 5. Late lunch. Great experience and menu is a 10/10. Every person enjoyed their selection. The shaved brussel sprout salad with blackened salmon was delicious. Corn chowder fantastic!

I've been coming to Bonefish for a long time but now it's way to noisy and you can't even hear the person next to you. They pack people in like sardines. Servers are so very slow. I shouldn't have to wait 10 minutes seated at a table to get water. I'll not go back.

Three of us visited for lunch, and just as we had experienced two months ago, it was a disappointment. The server was pleasant and attentive but the food was tasteless. This chain used to be dependable for a tasty meal but I think they've sacrificed in too many areas to keep their prices lower in our present higher food cost environment. Thru need to enhance their food quality.

Always great come here. Food is always good. Customer service is off the charts. No restaurant in SwFl does it better. They always take care of you when something isn't right. And you don't even have to ask for it. They just always do the right thing... graciously.

This occasion was a birthday dinner for my wife. I had requested in the reservation that this be acknowledged by selecting the occasions tab and choosing birthday. I also specified in the notes that I would like a cake or some small acknowledgment of the birthday. This did not happen nor was there any mention of the occasion by the staff. We were seated in the bar area where it had high top tables and one seat was a bench and the other chairs. I am 5'10” and my wife is 5‘9“. These tables are extremely high. We had to keep my arms up at a 90° angle to my body to cut my food and to eat. Very uncomfortable. The waiter was very good and attentive. The food was served expeditiously. The food was average at best. The pork chop was very fatty and tough. The chicken breast with the sides of pumpkin ravioli were average or slightly below average in taste quality. While, this was not a “bad experience” it certainly left a lot to be desired. Then on top of everything else, I get an email from OpenTable telling me the restaurant had reported that we did not show up for our meal and I was classed as a no-show. This is the first experience at any Bonefish Grill that was substandard or average at best. We usually have great food and great service. This is our first time dining at the Fort Myers location.

Horrible server. After he left bread, I had to ask for place settings. Once he left those, I had to request bread plates. He brought cocktails from bar but forgot Mom's coke. My steak came out way before others so by the time he brought mine, I had to send it back to heat it up. Then he brought Dad the wrong side dish. Had to request steak knives. I wrote on Open Table app that we were celebrating my parents ANNIVERSARY, but not even a mention of that. Took over 2 hours for apps & dinner. Didn't even have time for dessert. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. Horrible!
The ambience of this BFG was very pleasant and very welcoming. Our server / Jena was very personable and super attentive. The food was served hot and quickly. And all entrees were really delicious

If you want to delight in every bite, eat here! Best eats and specialty cocktails. This is a special occasion place for us and dinner is always outstanding!

Our experience this past Friday night was not up to the Bonefish standards we had come to expect from our previous dining nights at Bonefish. We had a table for 6 and had excellent service but found the food not up to previous nights. Ceasar salads were too heavy with dressing and three of the six entrees were not as good as we would have expected. The shrimp and scallops pasta and the parmesan crusted trout we not good and we only ate a small portion of the entree. We won't give up and will be back to try again

It took our server 4 times to give us a correct bill Seem go take longer for our bill to get straighten than it was for us to eat
