We've eaten there many times. However, this time the food and were way off. I ordered a filet mignon, medium well and I received a very thin burnt piece of meat which was hard to chew. The accompanied beans were way undercooked. The blueberry sangria normally has blueberries in it - it didn't. We went on a Friday evening (5:30) before Christmas and left with our company about two hours later and the restaurant was about 70 percent full. If the food was served to others as it was to us, I can see why the restaurant wasn't full. Our guests had the same issues as we did. Besides the filet and beans issue, they ordered calamari as an appetizer and it was burnt. The service was as always - excellent! We may give the Bonefish Grill some time before trying it again.
This restaurant is our go-to place, with fantastic food and a great atmosphere. Tonight, we had a new server, Heather, and she was attentive and gave us excellent service while always smiling. We will be back!!
