It never ceases to amaze me, how consistently this restaurant screws up to go orders. Every single time we order from here, they mess up the order. I know they are busy, but just having the staff double check all orders, would probably do wonders.

Ordered take out and was incredibly disappointed. My girl ordered lemon pepper wings with buffalo on the side. Her wings were plain, not lemon pepper. And to make it worse the buffalo was not there either. I order a burger with fries and I seriously believe the fries were several hours old. Very upsetting.

I got takeout for the “free chicken sandwich” day and added the 20 nuggets to my order. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited 40 minutes. They gave me additional fries as an apology i guess but the fries were obviously not fresh made. The sandwhich was poorly made ground chicken patty. I’m glad it was free because i wouldn’t have paid more than $3 for that.

The hostess Pablo and Luis were really kind and my server Alex was sweet and kept checking on me. This place was very comfortable and I had a good time with my friend there.
I frequent here very often and the food, beverages and service are usually as a solid 10 out of 10. However, my most recent visit on 10/18/25 was extremely disappointing. My brother just flew in from out of the country after being gone for 3 year and BWW is literally his favorite place to go. Not only did we wait over an hour, the soda had a strange unpleasant nasty taste. We ordered cheeseburgers, wings, fries and potato wedges and honestly, the potato wedges were the only thing with any flavor.
The hamburger meat tasted completely unseasoned and even the wings being barely coated in sauce or dry rub, were bland and tasteless. Everything just severely lacked flavor. I’m extremely disappointed, especially since this place is normally so good. This visit made me question if I'll ever return again. I really hope this was just an off day because this experience was far below their usual standard.

After 3 years out of the country and looking forward to BWW upon returning, the food was disgraceful, after waiting nearly an hour. Dry, flavorless wings with minimal dry rub and sauce. Fries were cold and replaced with overcooked fries. A wing place that can’t even make decent wings, and doesn’t care about quality control.

Came here with my husband to enjoy a meal and watch the football game on tonight, got sat within a few minutes which is okay. Then the server came a few minutes after we sat down got our waters and then we said we needed a minute to decide, almost 20 min later we never saw her again. We unfortunately had to just get up and leave because as we are sitting there starving, we didn’t think this place is worth our time nor our money if we can’t even get any service. Choose a better place than here!

Great service. We asked for a lot of extra stuff..sauces, multiple take-home boxes, lids for extra sauces, drink refills, etc., etc. Wings and rings were great and we qualified for a free appetizer with BWW loyalty points. What could be better? Atmosphere was what you expect from a sports bar with 20 TVs. Busy with a fair amount of noise. Prices keep going up so their loyalty/bonus points for free food is a nice perk.
