Despite the negative reviews, I decided to visit this location. I sat at the bar, and I had no issues with the bartender; she was attentive. The food was good and tasted just like any other Bdubs. My wings were served hot when the bartender brought them to me.

I ordered online and immediately called to put in a request on my order because, their was no comment section. I spoke to a lady on the phone she said she couldn’t help me and put me on the phone with a manger named “Paine ”. He was very rude and told me he couldn’t help me because the order had already been placed. He was being lazy and didn’t want to go into the kitchen and make the request for me after just calling and putting my order in . The kid was very nice up front and told me they should have changed it for me and asked if I wanted to speak to a manger named moose, I guess he wasn’t around so I left . But Paine was very rude and disrespectful and impacts the company very negatively.

So ordered a double cheese Burger server brought out a single Patty Burger ask to speak to the manager the manager told him no it's a double Patty and he still didn't think so how do you work as a waiter and not know a double cheeseburger

I avoided this chain for years because of high prices. However, my wife & I have gone several times during the college football season for dine in & takeout. We have been very satisfied. Consistent quality food. Local employee; Victoria, has been FANTASTIC. She usually is behind the bar area and we now sit at the bar for all our visits. She is the most attentive & helpful employee we encountered.

Went in on Sunday to sit down and eat, the restaurant wasn’t even half full. Was told we had to wait 20 mins because the kitchen was backed up. We could go to the bar but couldn’t order food. What has happened to Buffalo Wild Wings? With this kind of service the business will close in no time. Very disappointing.

We came in to watch the Sunday night football match, we decided to sit outside because we have a baby and thought it would be easier on everyone. Our server was Tess, she was horrible all night. I kept having to go inside to ask someone to get her outside so we could order, she kept walking away as soon as we said one thing we wanted, even if we wanted something else as well. I had to stop her from walking away in order to order our entrees and waters. I had to go inside and ask the host if we could get ranch, and if she could come outside to take our order of shots. We had been there for an hour and a half. It took over an hour to get our entrees because she kept forgetting about our table. Food was great, host was alright, Tess the server was just, not very good at all. She seems brand new and like she’s getting too many tables to be able to handle. That or she’s just as lazy as I think she is.
Kid-friendliness: Decently kid friendly, we sat outside so it was great for the baby!

Absolutely horrible experience here. I would never recommend to anybody. The bartender ignored us when trying to get a drink and was rude when he finally did talk to us. The server and the manager are complete liers and said that they were watching us on the cameras and we were no longer allowed to have drinks because people in the group were stumbling and slurring words which was a complete lie. We all had only had 2 drinks and ate food and they cut us off. Apparently new rule is no more than 2 drinks per hour and no more than 4 drinks the whole time and you must order food(we were not told this until after the fact either) and if they determine or think you aren't okay to have more drinks they can cut you off but yet they lied and said we were doing things we weren't just so they wouldn't have to serve us again. They were also very rude to other customers that came in and wanted drinks that night as well.

I love BW’s. Get the wings with the sauce on the side and it will make the wings much better. The burgers and chicken sandwich are great and the buffalo chicken tots are really good as well
