I can't even leave a review on the food or service because the app refuses to let me order a lunch combo. It has zeero problem letting me order a full sized entree for full price but every single time i try to order a lunch combo it has "technical difficulties" no matter which way i order. Online, on the app. etc. It seems shady to me.

DO NOT accept any delivery orders from this location if you are a driver for Uber or Doordash. The wait for the customer's order is usually 10-15 minutes minimum, sometimes longer. I have had only 1 that I was told "it will be 6 or 7 more minutes" and 25 minutes later I was told "it will be 6 or 7 more minutes". I had to cancel the order. The wait cost me more than I was going to make on the delivery.I am currently waiting on an order for 20 minutes now as I write this. I was told about 5 minutes ago that it would be, you guessed it, "6 or 7 more minutes. I'm just guessing here but, that must be the standard B.S. they are told to tell everyone. Oh yeah, it's only half full. about 10 tables with people and looks like 4 people sitting at the bar so it's not like they are packed. They have serious issues with either time or staff. It would be nice for the staff to be honest with the time estimates on the food when talking with us drivers, thar is when they actually come to the front.Time is money. As a business I know they understand this. Now it has been about 30 minutes or pretty damn close. I'm now cancelling this delivery because this is costing me more to wait around than It would for me to get another order

I ordered through Uber eats more than 2 hours ago. My kids are sick, throwing up , fevers and lethargic. All they wanted was Buffalo Wild Wings. I called the restaurant multiple times and nobody knew what was going on with my order.When the food arrived I was missing a cheeseburger meal, a 20 piece lemon and pepper wings and more. Now it’s almost 10pm at night and I don’t have enough food to feed my kids because the staff at Buffalo Wild Wings didn’t do their jobs! I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant location! I’m highly disappointed ☹️

Been here three times and all experiences have been the same Wated at the bar for 45 minutes never took a food order so tonight I decided to hop from the bar to the tables and was there another thirty got a drink and took my order but never saw her again

It was nice to have vegetarian option of cauliflower "wings." However, many restaurants don't understand one very key detail about vegetarian diets. The foods generally are much less dense. This means that vegetarians need higher volume of food. This brings me to the cauliflower "wings." I felt ripped off by the extremely small portion of wings given in an order. They tasted good but I was unsatisfied and was still hungry after eating one order....? I was compelled to order more food to get a full feeling. In my opinion, the volume served should have been doubled. Cauliflower is so inexpensive as compared to poultry, so do not understand why such stingy portions...?Vegetarian options: Cauliflower "wings" offered on menu.Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian options available.

It took over 1 hour and 10 minutes to get our food only to send back because it was stale no flavor and rubber they probably said there for 30 minutes before it got to us told the manager about it and she had a huge attitude disgusting never come back I advise you to not come

This used to be a fan favorite for us.The quality of the wings is extremely poor! It's almost as if they've refried them to get them hot again.... extremely tough. So tough that they get caught in your teeth.
Our server name Jacqueline is the worst server i have ever had in my entire life. I have Never experience any kind of rude, unprofessional and worst customer service like her, no customer service at all. We came in around 3pm on monday, the restaurant was not even that crowded but she rushed us rudely to place our order, and can you believe even we kindly ask her for a water, and napkins please ( napkins was supposed to give us by her after food came out), but she didnt even give us anything. After waiting 15mins, almost finishing our food then we had to get up and went get them by ourselves. After paid our bills, the last thing we asked for is togo cup, still let us wait forever until we couldn’t take it anymore and just left. Wow. I know working in food industry is stressed, cus i was in that same position but i never been that rude and unprofessional with my clients when they dud nothing wrong, i just wanna enjoy my food. if you cannt happy at your job, just leave, dont pass it over others. Thank you.
