My mother were waiting in line, waiting for a cashier. Both of the cashiers on duty looked at us directly, but didn’t mention going to the other line or anything. They were both white, and my mother and i are asian. The white lady working there kept giving us stink eyes instead of being professional. We left, and probably will never go back.

I ordered a VK fish no tartar sauce lettuce and cheese only large fry and a Whopper they delivered a BK fish with lots of tartar sauce on both sides of the bun no cheese cold fries and no Whopper

Esta señora (Señora porque ya tiene una hija), Es vecinita mia pero es la señora mas caripela,fresca,sucia,sobra en fin,se la pasa coquetiando a mi novio y a todo los que se encuentre en el medio, es una tipita que no tiene moral ni mucho menos dignidad, al parecer la educacion que le dio su familia no fue la corecta.. I work in the mall and often go here on my lunch break. As a mall employee they typically give a discount. Today some snarky girl said no discount today. Ok whatever. Ordered a whopper junior with cheese, medium meal. Sat down to eat…no cheese, small drink with one ice cube. Not impressed.

Horrible experience with the lady taking my order in front, she was on her mobile and telling me to wait . she was so unprofessional and not welcoming even after she finished her call .I will not come again here !! Management thanks for the hospitality !!!

Twice now I’ve tried ordering the whopper melt from this location and each time it’s gross. First time so messy and cold. Today I tried again and it came cold with literally cold bread not grilled?! WTH.Take it off the menu if you can’t understand how to make it. My dogs enjoyed it though

This is absolutely ridiculous. I waited 40 minutes in line just for the workers to lie to my face saying, "we lost your order, we called your name we sent people out", I was standing at the counter the entire time and I would've known because I was there.

The food is always fresh here! The new manager that took over a couple months ago is really doing her thang with satisfying all the customers and bringing them back for more.. well at least me for that matter!
