I am changing my five-star review down to a one-star based on what we experienced tonight. We sit in drive thru for 25 minutes. We sit listening to the staff talking badly about customers ( they failed to close the window allowing all kinds of bugs in). What we received vs what it should look like. Lol...what a f'ing joke this place is.

I prefer the Whooper over any McDonald's sandwiches however they really need to learn to produce a faster turn around time. I have yet to go through a Burgerking in 15 minutes.

I love breakfast here. But I’ve ordered for the last time. This store is sketchy. Won’t give me a reciept. Makes us wait. Will NOT let us pull up to the widow til directed. I’ve waited over 15 min before. Other burger kings aren’t like this. It’s every shift. Every employee. That tells me the manager is the issue. Leadership allows sketchy employees. Acting shady. Rude. And they don’t give u a reciept, Because they know we will call the number on it. Avoid this location at all costs.

I work in gateway and will be sure to go to the other location on Daniel pkwy as I was almost late. Pure foolery …update and the food was not made correctly save your time and don’t even stop smdh no wonder why the drive through was empty during lunch time.

Don’t blame the workers blame the manager/supervisor for putting a bunch of undertrained teens at work must’ve been a line of about 4 cars and staff seemed stressed but still putting in effort when we pulled up to the window. Waited nearly 25 minutes for “fast food”
