Terrible location. No sense of urgency. Employees are clueless. No guidance from management. Obviously a corporate store because customers don’t seem to matter. Manager (Aaron?) let me sit at the window for five minutes without even acknowledging I was there. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. You can get faster service from the DMV.

Active manager on duty was very rude and had an attitude working the register. I thought it was me at first but immediately observed the same treatment to the very next person behind me next in line, which the elderly lady asked him why he had such an attitude, he hissed his teeth and tossed change in her hand and walked away. In addition yelling at his employees in a very demeaning manner.

After working unusual 14 hour day my Wife and I were just slap wore out. Even though we hate eating out that late because most fast food places serve old food that's been under a heat lamp most of the night we stopped at this particular Burger King. Not only were we treated politely in the drive thru by the young lady but our food was all made fresh. We ate the onion rings and fries on the way home in the car, So they were delicious and hot, But when we got home our burgers were still hot and just tasted so good! I will be calling the day manager and giving his night staff a great review such as this one. I only wish more people would take more pride in their work such as these people did! I Definitely recommend this Burger King and will return!!!

GROSS. I was given a cold burger. Not like even made fresh in the past hour, like not even slightly warm, like left out away from any heatlamp and near some AC, you can see the cheese is already congealed. Ended up throwing out, lucky I didn't get

I placed an order for breakfast @ 1022 am through the app and when I went to pick up the order @ 1040 the order wasn’t even started. The cashier printed it out and handed to Alexis who then proceeded to very rudely tell me that they were not gonna make the food because of the time. I did proceed to tell her it was done before 1030 on the app and she stated that it was late and they were not going to make the food. She continued to tell her employees to cancel the order because they were not going to do it. I then asked her on how to get my money back since it was already paid for and again very rudely stated to me that they had nothing to do with that and that I would have to handle it through the app. No refund was issued and my credit card was charged.

Rude staff that cannot do their jobs because the managers are unable to provide them with guidance. Stood in store for 20 min waiting for my order that was on the warmers to be bagged and handed off. Eventually, I had to speak up for the line of angry customers waiting for their orders to simply be bagged and handed off. The other waiting customers got their bags and left but I waited another 5 minutes before speaking up a second time. I was handed a bag of cold food and told very rudely “well, did you ask for it?”They blamed me for their incompetence and that is unacceptable. The manager (lady) was very rude and insisted that if I didn’t ask for my bag they weren’t to blame. I will be speaking to management in store about this issue because she shouldn’t be leading anyone. Visit was 2pm Sunday, October 22.

Teenagers saying they're closed when they don't close for another 2 hours. 4 teenagers were working tonight and they were all sitting on the counter inside the store. Claiming to be closed.

drive thru times are abysmal spent 40+ minutes in line, drive thru employee gave us attitude, would not recommend if you’re looking for the “fast” in fast food, absolutely
