The food quality was what we expected, but the drive thru time was terrible! 15 minutes for a sausage egg and cheese croissandwich? And the you have to wait before you pull up to the pickup window so they can fudge their drive thru times.

This burger that's located in the corner of Lee Blvd and 82 is the slowest fast food that exists on earth. Both drive thru and inside. Spending 18 minutes in drive thru and 13 minutes inside (different day) is ridiculous. That's unacceptable and it's a shame.

The service is great every time. Wonderful staff, & friendly. The kitchen messes up more than half my visits. My receipts usually show correct requests, the kitchen either messes something up or neglects it entirely. A double meat means 2 cheeses. Not sure what kind of training the kitchen staff recieves but they can't seem to make a double meat correctly. Who, why, in the f is a slice of cheese placed between meat & bun instead of in between 2 meats.

New promo pickle burger was burnt and cold. With soggy pickle fries. Ordered pickled fries and got crumbs and 2 long fries like this is a promo item. I believe this should of been treated like a whopper... a first class item. Bought through drive thru and it was nasty as hell. You need better employees...
