I'm honestly lost for words like I get that it's late. It's 10:10 PM right now. You just closed your lobbies, but no need to have an attitude When serving people at the window, I did the same job. I was a crew member front and back and was a shift lead. But I put a smile on my face because you never know what the person that's ordering is going through and I get that the person taking order Maybe going to something too but the rush to get me out of the window and to finish my order at the speaker was not needed. Everyone was tired and life is life right now. Try to do better

Drive thru person is very impatient and impolite wouldn’t let us pull to the window I’m assuming to save her drive thru time was also out of lemonade sweet tea and thier icy idk about you but I also work in fast food and we don’t dump the teas out till the end of the night and when I worked at chicken salad chick we where to make them that product fresh for the guest service was terrible and that’s sad considering they just had a remodel we where the only guests there and they where somehow still impatient I had gotten there and hour before close to so it’s not like I showed up last minute either

Unbelievable treatment from general manager Jeannie, waving her hand all crazy and rude so we would stop before the black post so they can beat drive thru time. She was so uncomfortably rude that she even turned around continuously pumping her hand looked like she was on drugs. Acting so condescending like “do you need anything else, crowns for the kids?” “yea have a nice day.” She really needs a lesson in customer service, kindness, and how to be a better person.

Everything was good except for my drink...I'm not poor but I just can't wrap my head around paying nearly $4 for a cup of ice knowing I ordered a Signiture lemonade.

I ordered a#8 which is 2 chicken wraps, a side and a drink. I wanted the side to be cheesy tots, but they have me moz fries instead. I told them about the confusion and they immediately fixed it. Made everything fresh. Amazing service!!

They really need to get it together. SLOW as hell only 2 cars. Making us park at the pole before the second window to make their times better. This is the second time I've been here and they've made me do that. JUST BE QUICKER INSTEAD OF CHEATING THE SYSTEM. SMFH. I DON'T understand why it takes so long and they aren't busy. I don't mind waiting but come on now that lady was in my dang nerve sticking her hand out 10 times telling me not to pull forward! I get it already I'm not stupid but clearly she was and she's the manager 😂

They made you wait at the first window and then the cashier would use hand signals for us to proceed, or not. Also , they don’t give you the price and the time of placing the order and then rush you to pay.. it would go faster if they would give you the price ahead of time so you could have the payment ready.

Other reviews are correct, this store worries more about their drive through times than good customer service. God forbid you're at that#2 window for more than ten seconds! Order was wrong, won't be back. This has happened twice now. Glad it only took a few seconds to get my order wrong.

Everytime I make a mobile order it’s never ready I got told to back up in the drive thru lane to the black pole no where near the window and stuff is always missing from my order as well picture of me waiting for my mobile order

Drive-Through follies:
You're the only person online yet they make you wait at the first window. They then ask you to move fwd. They do this im guessing to cheat the system so it thinks you're getting a speedy service (you dont). Last time they made me back up allost running into the car behind me.
Issac was my DT guy today, friendly nice guy.

There is an older lady that works at this location that really needs to go. She is super rude.
I don't know what she has going on or if she doesn't like her job.But whatever it is, it's hurting the business incredibly. There should be some type of management in place to hold her accountable.
