This is a really nice Burger King. But the staff in this Burger King. They tell you to pull up and not to pass a certain place. So they won't get jacked with their numbers. I think it is unprofessional, and they're not doing the things as the are supposed to, and they don't even give you a transaction. ID receipt that you're supposed to get.

Disappointed. I've always loved the Whopper since I was a kid, but this was below mediocre. Almost cold and obviously not fresh. Dined in, but had to wait a while. I don't understand why they renovated from the ground up to serve food like this.

On 2/11 at 8pm I took my elderly aunt here only for her to be battered. As we waited for our order, my aunt went into the restroom where a male employee came into the female restroom and dumped ice on her. Only after confronted did he state he thought it was a co worker and stated he was just "messing around". This behavior is unacceptable, what was even more infuriating is that the manager did NOTHING to correct this action nor did they apologize. If this is the type of behavior BK promotes we will NOT be back.

Worst location!! Staff is slow and sat in drive thru for 4 minutes with no recognition. Pulled up to the window and was asked to pull back around and wait again so they could take my order and so she could “pay attention” to the speaker. Isn’t that your job in the first place? PAY THE HELL ATTENTION! You literally have one job. Waste of my time, will not be returning.

This is the worst Burger King ever. They are incredibly slow whether you come inside or use the drive-thru. Today I went to thr drive-thru in the second lane only to be ignored because someone was in the first lane. Then when they ordered the speaker was still silent after they left. The next car pulled into the other lane and got service first. I decided to go inside as I was on my lunch break. The person took my order and now I'm just inside waiting. It's been 10 minutes and I still haven't received my food. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM with this location?

Went through drive thru, left with order and checked it and it wasn't right. Turned around went back to get it made right. Clearly explained my order again. Waited again, got the order and drove off..guess what..still incorrect. I give up
