Every time I go there to get food which isn't going to be much longer if it continues every time I order my food and then they told me to pull up to the black hole not up to the window so the timer won't go off so it'll look like they're doing their job better and faster and then I have to keep looking out my window waiting for them to waive me on so I can go pick up my food and then when I don't do that they get very rude to me I respond I shouldn't have to go outside the normal to make your job look better I do not work for Burger King

Martha was the cashier listed on the receipt that took care of us. We do this same order every time the coupons come out and she was HIGHLY judgmental and had this BAD entitled attitude because of the modifications we put on the whoppers. Gave us dirty looks and really made the experience uncomfortable. It felt personal as I was with my wife and we are gay and she shot dirty looks at us when I gave my woman attention

Alicia took my order. She was really good. I'm glad I went there. I had a good rest of the day and I think it was something peculiar about that restaurant. Everything was excellent and she took her time making the sandwich extra good for me.

My burger was microwaved, nice and hot and I didn't even have to ask. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. This location usually does have great service. I appreciate that and frequent this location for this reason. Only have it a 4 cause the onion rings seem to taste a little different than before but that's not their fault.

Unfortunately they dont let you give 0 stars for this worthless building disguised as a burger king. No customer service always waiting 10+ minutes in line food is old and hard. If you get to the menu someone will tell you to wait and then 5 minutes later someone will pull up and they will take their order before yours. Making you wait at the window with cars behind you because corporate has a time mandate they can just cheat by having cars wait before the sensor. 0/5 stars if it wasnt so close to my work id never come back and actively warn people not to go to this burger king

They took like 25 minutes for 2 burgers and fries and cut your lettuce good because i found a lettuce stem in my burger.
Overall good experience. Rodeo burger was crispy hot and the French fries were fresh.

Ordered here twice via mobile order in the past 2 weeks. Both times, requested a burger with only mayo, and both times got a burger with only ketchup instead. They did replace the burger with my correct order when I let them know, but it’s pretty frustrating to waste the majority of my break time sitting in the drive thru for them to correct their mistake when it should have been made correctly the first time.

If you want to sit at a speaker waiting for a response for an entire minute just to have them take the order of someone who just showed up at the other speak first this is the place for you
