This isn’t to the employees I think the employees are fantastic. This goes out to management and corporate or whoever is dumbass idea. It was to try to make their drive-through time and in doing so more inconvenient than anything. It took me 30 minutes today to get a chicken nugget meal and a double cheeseburger meal a pie and an ice cream cup that was ordered through a mobile app 30 minutes. The first time I went through they gave me the person behind me. His order who to be fair wasn’t even behind me when I was waiting behind their black bar. I couldn’t see the window from where my Vantage point. And when I pulled up, they made me reverse and wait again behind the black bar After pulling up a second time to return the order that wasn’t mine and retrieve my own order, they insisted that everything was in the bag. It was not. I had to come back and wait in line again for a second time to get my pie pro tip if you’re not set up to do drive-through in a super speedy fashion, such as McDonald’s then let’s not do that this place used to be great service was excellent and the drive-through was much more efficient

Worse service. No one is here. Over 20 minute wait. No one is here. Frustrating to pick fast food when your crunch with time and takes 20 minute just to pay. I never complain but this was just crazy for me.

Had my food sitting in the window for 5 minutes instead of someone handing it to me when it was ready and then after 5 minutes they finally asked what I was waiting for and then handed me my food that had been ready.
