We own a business on the next block so we frequent this location. The male manager is a positive leader always with a smile on his face. He keeps calm I. The eye of a storm of customers and is never negative. The kitchen staff always gets our crazy “have it your way” orders correct, which we have problems with at other locations. The male manager instills a positive, go get ‘em attitude which in his leadership role, passes on to his staff! Can’t say enough about the staff here! We will continue to return and send our Guests this way when they are hungry!! Thank you for caring about your Guests and being a great leader!!

Went in with a large order the manager who waited on me was pleasant. However, the cook was awful. He had an attitude fixing the order. Throwing food, slamming food & complaining loud enough to be heard in the lobby. I went in around 9:30 and left after 10:30. When I arrived at my school to pass out the food it was horrible. The sandwiches were just thrown together. So many did not want to consume it based on presentation alone. This was a waste of time and money.

such rude & unhelpful staff & management. they get all sassy when you aren't aware of policies they made up on the spot. they don't even bother to help. so disappointed.

Asked for no tomato but still had to take it off myself. More sauce on the wrapper than the sandwich. I always order a small meal & I get a different sized cup every time. Does anyone know which cup they're actually supposed to be giving out. Proper training is needed for the kitchen & service.

The manger was very mean and disrespectful towards us. I had a coupon but since my daughter had it at home she took a picture and sent it to me. I nicely asked for my offer and told her the numbers but she refused to put them while being disrespectful towards me, horrible service.

My order was ready to go but not only that the staff made sure I had extra condiments and also gave free hats to all my kiddos.
