Hard working bk I know , the workers r respectful and always try take care customer. They have good management running the store . Randy is quick and on point ever time I see him. They have a new manager in training she’s very patient and respectful . Looks like she going be a new day manager get ball rolling , well as the Miss Davis and Beth . ! Love eating lunch at bk San Carlos park . Thanks making day special . :) love

I came to Burger King today to purchase and enjoy the SpongeBob SquarePants meal, and the service for me and my newborn son was unforgettable. The employee named Adrian Hurtado brought the gold standard and embodied the spirit of SpongeBob SquarePants, by spreading joy and making me half year old infant son laugh for the first time in his life. I will never the day, thank you, Adrian Hurtado. I wish I could’ve used the survey service, but I was unable too.

Idk if she still does work there havnt seen in a little bit but for the woman that manged this location, was always nice and always helped if order was messed up. Would answer the phone calls.

This recent manager first off) had her tell me cant do more than 1 order in drive thru. What has been done for years at this location. Second) she dont answer the phone.
Third) she need to have a better attitude. Just seems like always in a bad mood. Never and I mean NEVER smiles

Food is as expected from Burger King, what sets it apart is the staff. They had some staffing issues, but instead of being snappish, their manager encouraged, praised, and worked alongside her staff to get the job done and done right.
I appreciate this attitude and service.

Got two sandwiches and a large fry… they asked me to pay for sauce… $.20 per sauce. I’m by no means cheap but this seems petty. They didn’t give me a single sauce for my order but charged me for 2.. take the $.40 you’re clearly struggling. I hope my $.40 for the two bbq sauces help your corporate company flourish.

I went this afternoon to pick up my food, and when I got to my car, I realized I was missing the Viking chocolate sundae. I went back in to let the person who helped me know, and she just said, “Sorry, we haven’t had ice cream in months, our machine doesn’t work.”So my question is—why did the app even let me order it? And why are there still signs up promoting that new dragon movie combo that includes ice cream if the machine hasn’t worked in months?
Also, her attitude was honestly really unpleasant. I get that she’s probably been on her feet all day and is tired, but that doesn’t justify being rude to a customer.

Bad experience with counter guy..he couldn't understand what a person wanted ...it was frustrating as she is 95 and can't hear the best...he was rude, seemed untrained...finally had to ask for help with another worker.
