Went through the drive drive-through to pick up a quick lunch got a bacon king burger asked for it with no mayonnaise and fries and chicken fingers. The lady at the window itself was rude and just kind of threw my food at me and then ignored me like I wasn’t still waiting for the sauce, and when I asked her for the sauce just to find out that my sandwich has extra mayonnaise on it which I do not eat mayonnaise at all so now I have an entire entire meal a nine dollar hamburger I cannot eat

Hard working bk I know , the workers r respectful and always try take care customer. They have good management running the store . Randy is quick and on point ever time I see him. They have a new manager in training she’s very patient and respectful . Looks like she going be a new day manager get ball rolling , well as the Miss Davis and Beth . ! Love eating lunch at bk San Carlos park . Thanks making day special . :) love

I came into the drive thru at 10:33pm when the hours said they closed at 11pm. I sat at the speaker in the drive thru for about 3-4 minutes, and nobody spoke to me, so I pulled up to the second window. There was a lady there actively cleaning, we made eye contact, and she continued to ignore me. I sat there for another 7 minutes waiting for someone to talk to me, and instead she just continued to do what she was doing and nobody ever spoke to me, took my order, nothing. It’s one thing if I came into the drive thru at 10:58pm and tried to order, but 25 minutes before closing time!? Unacceptable. The lady also was waving someone into the building the front. At least have the decency to tell me that you are closing early so I can get food somewhere else.

Hours listed are incorrect. Placed my pick up order around 9:40 only to arrive right after 10 and find the lobby closed and wet floor signs stuck in the drive through. Employee who picked up the phone was unhelpful and very rude. My food was paid for and ordered before 10 p.m (actual closing time) so I'm not sure if it went in the trash or someone else's stomach. Now waiting "5-10" business days for a refund

I went through the drive-through at 2:25 PM. I order a whopper Junior with cheese and a medium soda when I got to the window I asked for a list of desserts and the cashier mentioned Hershey’s pie so I told her to go ahead and give me one as you can see, the lettuce of the burger and the burger itself was completely dry and not in a good condition and the pie did not have a good presentation It must’ve fallen in the walk-in cooler or something because it was all over the place inside the box.

Absolutely the worst time I have ever been to a burger kind. I couldn’t even get my food. The lady who was closing on 12/18/23 closed the down the store an hour early with no warning and told me the store was closed through the window and I showed her my order through the window saying it was in the process of being made and just shrugged her shoulders as she couldn’t to sit on a both playing on her phone. I would like a full refund for the food that I paid for and the establishment to take corrective action to make sure that this does not happen again because I can imagine I was not the only one affected by this employee’s lack of tac and service.

This poor BK needs a long due overhaul. It's clean but it needs updated. And it's too bad the parking isn't connected to the plaza. Food was typical for BK and service was OK.

This was a new Burger King, or it felt new. I can honestly say that it was the first time in a very long time that my burger was served hot. A freshly cooked BK burger is magical! I can't even describe how delicious it turned out. I truly wish all locations served food as good as this one did. Staff was very friendly. Food was hot and fresh and I left so very happy!

Burgers and fries are always great. Sadly, they have a manpower issue which greatly impacts their ability to provide the great service I enjoyed prior to covid.
