Probably the WORSE Burger King I’ve ever been to. And I keep having to go as it’s one of the few “fast” food “restaurants” in the airport. No management whatsoever. Rude and incompetent counter staff. A cook who doesn’t seem to have the ability to read the orders on her screen. Usually only a few items available from the menu (one time mid afternoon they announced they were out of burgers. They are BURGER King!). Never any ice in the drink dispensers. Today I thought there was going to be a riot when people hadn’t received their orders after half an hour. Corporate… you need to get on this!

A small Burger King right in the security area in area B. The selection is manageable and we received the food relatively quickly. You shouldn't expect too much, for a fast food restaurant at the airport it's absolutely OK. The prices are normal.

Pathetic excuse for a restaurant. Not a huge fan of Burger King to begin with, but forced to eat here because options in the terminal are limited. Ordered through their electronic system which had no option to add sauce. Got to pick up the order and asked for sauce and was immediately met with confrontation from the staff. They needed "managers approval" for sauce. After offering to pay it the staff continued to give confused excuses to why I couldn't have sauce with my meal.Stupid situation, bad establishment, bad food.

Ate here for a quick lunch while flying out of RSW back home to Philadelphia on Friday October 6th 2023, burger was delicious and hot and the fries were so good! My drink I got was refreshing as well! Just what I needed to prepare for my flight back home…

Incredibly fast, friendly and great service. Honestly impressed. Line was short, the order was fast to place and it was basically in my hands in minutes. Hot, fresh out the fryer. Really good quality vegetables on the chicken Sammie. Other burger kings should take NOTES! Thanks yall!

Its buger king at an airport so dont expect 5 star cuisine. I was more impressed with the staff being able to handle the volume during holiday traffic. Service was very efficient and polite. They all deserve a raise.

Wish this airport would get rid of BK and add some good food choices with people that actually interact. We ordered 3 whopper Jrs and the size of them nowadays is a joke. They are sliders. The buns were obviously old and microwaved to try to soften them up but they were chewy and awful. So much lettuce and Mayo you couldn’t taste much else. Come on RSW get something else! Travelers want decent choices.
