This place is so overpriced for what you get. I rather go to an actual restaurant where it's cheaper and better quality. While the food is just okay, it's not worth what you will pay. I gave it a few more tries and always end up disappointed and wish I could have saved my money and gone somewhere else.

First time try first tought it was more like a restaurant because of the award winning burger sign outside. But Unfortunately felt more like a burger joint they say it’s fresh and that it feels more like a gourmet restaurant then a burger joint but its definitely the opposite they do not have any meals food side and drink everything is extra. I got the award winning burger bbq rodeo burger there were a little too much jalapeño in there but that’s just my preference since I’d like also to taste a little more then just spice. The chef burger was just a regular burger that you do at home nothing special. I wont go again but it was a try

This place is WAY too over priced to not fill any of my fry containers. The tablet generation is now in the workforce so that may contribute. The place isn’t very clean if you pay attention. This place will give you another reason not to eat out and just stay home and enjoy a home cooked meal; you’ll end up spending between $40–$60 for 2- 4 people. Not to mention they have the audacity to ask for a tip with such outrageous prices.

Definitely one of the top 5 fast food burger chains. The cheese burger is simple patty and topping with a great sauce and toasted buttered bun. Between the quality of the meat and the sauce there’s actually some flavor. The fresh cut fries are on par with Wingstop, a great compliment to the order. My only pet peeve with the chain is their use of paper straws which are awful, and only seem to be there for a tiny bit of “green cred” rather than provide plastic straws. This location needed to be cleaned, not sure if that’s normal or just staff being too busy or not held to keeping up by mgmt. Highly recommended for a quality meal, price wasn’t that bad either.

I had the wagu/mixed meat burger with fries and onion rings mix. Total was outrageous 20 plus. So my issue with this place is they don't offer a value menu for the burger and fries. I think that does a disservice to your customers who maybe need to save 2 dollars on a 6 buck fry order. Which would put most of there meals at 16 bucks instead of 20 plus. anyway the burger was 5/10 it was ok too fatty for me a little oily which was surprising for the meat mix the burger was. But the fries and onion rings where 9/10. I probably go get a burger from somewhere else and just order the fries. They where really good. They have shakes and other stuff there.

I ordered a kids meal cheeseburger for my son, who is not even a year old, and the burger came completely raw and inedible on the inside. I get that some people like their burgers medium raw/rare, but this was for a child.
