I absolutely love this place and frequent it. The staff is friendly and welcoming and are very helpful in narrowing down menu options by making recommendations. I only wish that their delivery portions would be the same as in-house. Unfortunately, they are much smaller than when eating in-house but all still same prices. But overall, great tasty food!

We love this place, the one in Bell Tower is more my pace but all are nice. Food is great, they have a rewards club, and last night I used an email message to get a free appetizer, but afterwards realized I was charged for it. Very disappointed in that! Service was slow at the bar at Gulf Coast, always perfect service at Bell Tower.

This establishment posted a St Patrick's day menu. When we got there and we asked the waitress how was the corn beef dinner she responded “ not too good “. Many customer sent it back it was tough and dry. She said if anything get a Rueben. I was so disappointed. There were kids at tables beside us out of control. Threw food all over the floor. I've tried numerous times with this Burntwood tavern at Gulf coast as well as Bell Tower. Food and service has been consistently. So I'm done with Burntwood

Place is big, service is fast, I just stop for a quick bite and a beer and was the perfect place ladies in the bar are very nice polite and professional and I’m agree with another guy the restroom are great but is like 5 degrees inside
I went to Burntwood Tavern by myself after a rough day today, and the bartenders as well as the waiters were so friendly , upbeat , and kind! They all really made me feel welcomed and made my day so much brighter!!! Love this place!

Just walked out. They sat us almost immediately and then just left us without even asking for drinks or appetizers for about 20 min. In the meantime I see the hostess on her high horse walk up to a group of older folks who clearly just wanted to sit for a bit, to tell them that they can't seat themselves. Waitresses, waitors, bartenders and barbacks walk passed us multiple times and nobody even offered us water. We've gone to the belltower location and have had the opposite experience, clearly this location caters to the drunks, at least around happy hour from what we experienced.

Met long-time friends there for dinner. The service was excellent. Charlotte did an excellent job, very attentive and personable! Was knowledgeable about the menu and options. Meal was good, everyone was happy with service and quality.
